Drive thru attendant was extremely rude! She opened the window and held her hand out for my payment without acknowledging how much I owed due to it not being stated when I ordered. The basically threw my food out the window without a thank you. No smile no dialog no anything. Places like this need to be boycotted.

We ordered two number 5 combos with two small oreo blizzards. Everyone was nice, polite, even was smiling. The atomsphere was absolutely amazing. My husband and I always love coming to this one. This specific location definitely feels more homey and welcoming than any others. Also the food is always fresh and delicious. We love coming here keep up the great work you guys.

The customer service here is so good. I wish it was like that everywhere in Overland and Sanianne but I can honestly say if I’m going to get fast food, I’ll always get it from this Dairy Queen location because from the person taking orders and the people handy new food they’re always so nice patient impolite so thank you guys very much.

Always loved DQ since I was child. I rarely visit so it can remain one of my favorite treats. Times have changed as no one greets. The wait wasn’t exceedingly long but noticeable. I am patient. I gladly waited for my order. I prefer fresh and hot. I do give them props for that part!! And I appreciated the lead/manager?? personally bringing my order.

Absolutely terrible. The cheeseburger was as cold as the chocolate sundae. My meal came with fries and it was 6 fries in the cup. I thought maybe they fell over in the bag, but no it was 6. I asked for nuts on the sundae and whoever made it dumped half the bag on it. It was more nuts than the chocolate and ice cream. The only good thing about the meal was the root beer soda. The cashier appeared to be upset because I asked for extra ketchup….maybe he had a good reason for being upset because he knew on the inside I didn’t need it. How was I supposed to know I only had six fries. My husband was in tears with laughter. He said you went to the hood. He said he would never have gone there. How was I supposed to know. Never again. Worst food and experience ever.
