What a horrible staff. Minus who I am guess is the manager who gave me cash because the chick working the drive thru window was too lazy to give a refund for her mess up. Gave me a tea instead of ice water and charged me $3 for it. And then tried to bold faced lie to me about how another girl told her that she didn’t charge me for the tea. When it was clear as day, written on my receipt. And proceeded to slam the window closed when I questioned her about the $3 charge on my card.

Fast, friendly service! The dining room is open for take out only. It was a little crowded but I was in and out in 14 minutes and my food was hot and fresh! All the employees wore masks properly and gloves. I was impressed!

Friendly workers, helpful with app and points, food is always hot and fresh. Only issue is when you order through the app and you still have to wait for the food to be cooked after you arrive when the app allows you to schedule pick up at a certain time and it’s paid for in advance.

I lived the 2 double cheese burgers and large blizzard I bought. Sadly for the price of the blizzard, the size is 12 ounces. About 20 years ago it was 32 ounces. I miss the old days!

I ordered the 4 PC chicken strip meal and med cup of ice cream. Spent $11.75 and the chicken strip looked like chicken bits…this is ridiculous, the advertising picture show 4 full chicken strips but when you get your food at home you have something totally diffrent. DQ should be ashame to serve this to a customer.
