Sad excuse for a Dairy queen. Messed up our order twice. Took 30 minutes to get our order put in and food out, then another wait to redo it twice. Place looks nasty. Inside locked. Staff not very friendly and not at all interested in customer care. The whole lot is catered in with giant potholes.

The exterior of this location looks awful. They need to clean it up and the potholes are so bad on the way into the drive thru they are more like land mines. They are not consistently open which is a huge problem. Customers will only try going somewhere a couple of times before they take the restaurant off of their list of places to go. The menu in the drive thru was missing for a while and the lights and the drive thru window were broken which again looks terrible. The food isn’t necessarily bad it’s just expensive. For a family of 4 dinner and small blizzards will set you back about $50 bucks easy. They had a snack menu which you could pick 2 items for $4 and naturally they took that away. They do have 1 or 2 $7 meals that come with a sundae. If you want to upgrade to a small blizzard it’s another $2. One thing I have been seeing at all of the local restaurants is that employees aren’t wearing gloves or masks anymore. COVID or not I think it’s a win win for customers and employees to utilize these items. I also think the long weaves need to be put back and in a hairnet and extra long fingernails shouldn’t be allowed in the food industry.

I just went in to this Dairy Queen like I normally do from time to time to get an ice cream Blizzard but I saw the $6 Cheeseburger Meal. I got that and my Drink was an order of Tea. I got home and took a Sip and it Tasted Spoiled. I just called the store I hope nobody else drinks this Sewer Water Tea! HORRIBLE

I ordered & enjoyed the half pound GrillBurger w/ cheese combo. The fries were lightly salted, hot & tasty. Drive-thru line moved nicely until staff had to have a 3-minute conversation with the car ahead of me.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. The whole building looks to be in a state of dis-repair, the parking lot is full of pot-holes that could easily cause a flat tire. The lobby is still closed due to covid restrictions yet the app only allows to pre-order for pickup inside. Signage on the doors and windows appears to not have been updated in months. Took 5 minutes waiting to even speak to a person while waiting in the drive thru. I pre-ordered on the app 15 minutes ahead and when I finally got to the window, they hadn’t even made the items. No one was in the drive-thru prior. All I ordered was a mini blizzard and a shake.

Usually i enjoy coming here for lunch with my military buddies but not today. 25 minute wait for a to-go order. I get home and the flamethrower burger i received was not the one they typically get. It was a regular double cheeseburger with their hot sauce. They didn’t even put bacon on it! I spent $8 on a double cheeseburger with hot sauce and fries. Unfortunately i was already home when i discovered this and me driving back to correct this will cost me more in gas money…extremely disappointed. We decided this probably isn’t going to be our spot anymore. Look at the pics below…is that what the flamethrower is supposed to look like!
