This store’s staff were horrible and rude. They would not let my 3 year and 1 year use the bathroom until we purchased our food first. The bathrooms had signs showing out of order due to cleaning but the bathrooms were very dirty and out of supplies. There was hand written signs saying bathrooms only for paid customers. The hours were changed different than on their website and Google maps. It was clear the staff did not want anyone to be there. This franchise owner should be ashamed.

Terrible experience trying to eat at this establishment. We walked up and tried to get in, come to find out the door is locked while the employees all just started at us. The big hairy one walked up and refused to unlock it, i then ask what time they close and he says 10 p.m……it was 8:45. I am writing this a half hour later and they still aren’t closed yet the lobby was closed. Very disappointed. Do better, Live Laugh Love LLL

Terrible. Kids running around playing tag were the people supposed to be working behind the counter. Got there at 9:30pm and was told the dining room is open for half an hour. But after we ordered and sat down waiting for food we were given dirty looks off and on. We were also told the bathrooms were closed for cleaning as soon as we went in. We got our food about 5 till 10, then we were told the dining room closed in 5 minutes so we had to get out.

I love DQ ice cream! But this location has consistently disappointed. One day I was next in line behind a car and the driver started up a conversation with two or three of the employees. I could see their heads in the window talking to and laughing with this person. There were several cars behind me and we waited behind this one car for 10 minutes. When I got to the window I asked the server point-blank: were you just carrying on a nice conversation with the car ahead of me? To their credit, they admitted it and apologized. Unacceptable. The next time (and, I believe the last time) I was five cars back waiting for over 7 minutes w/o moving before even getting to the ordering screen. Not worth it…
