In drive thru and the kid in the window can’t tell me which is the Malt and which is the Shake. I said you can’t ask thr person behind you. He’s says we are in a rush. I said I just spent 20+ and you can’t even tell me basics of your job. The point of customer service to have the customer come back, not get pissed because you can’t figure out what you gave me. Called on thr phone the manager and he saud the same dumb thing, like we only have 3 people. I’m like thats fine I’ll wait but to rush me off and you can’t tell me what you handed me is not ok. You just made it and or the person behind you did and you can’t ask??? My dad has dementia do won’t notice if his Is shake or malt, but I would. I can’t stand a damn malt. I’m calling GM tomorrow to tell him his employees have no idea about customer retention. How pissing them off is a good way for a location To lose people coming there. Can’t have shifts if no one comes. Ridiculous.

The drive thru gentleman was very rude. My blizzard slipped out of my hand due to an employee having ice cream on his fingers that then would now be on the outside of my cup. He laughed.

I love their blizzards, I really do. But im getting tired of paying for peanut butter sauce and them not putting it in. Sometimes it’s right, but most of the time it’s not. Even if I explicitly tell them I want to make sure it’s peanut buttery, they still often don’t take the extra steps to put it in after I paid for it. Usually I have to be stubborn enough to walk inside and show them it doesn’t have the peanut butter sauce in order to get it fixed… it’s simple really, I just want what I paid for…

Service was horrible. Some young kid with way too much attitude when I was trying to ask a question. And they got part of my order wrong. Also, overcharged me. And their little cheeseburger is $5.19 by itself!!!! Ridiculous!!

Bit pricey. Double cheese onion ring med blizzard 16.33. Would hate to take a family and it wasn’t that great. Blizzard was melty before I got it in the car. No lid.

Always fast service and the products are excellent (even though I typically only get one of two things). The staff keeps the drive thru line moving fast and I have never had any issues at this location which is why I always return!
