I went in because the drive thru line was so long . It was absolutely filthy and the kids were too busy joking and messing around to actually help anyone.. They definitely need a grown up and some training. I wont be back the lack of cleanliness was enough to keep me away for good

I am just amazed they are still in business. It isn’t for the food quality but the speed of service, or lack of. Drive thru. 1 car at window, 1 car at speaker and me. Took me 10 minutes to get to speaker. Was told to wait, took 5 minutes. Ordered 2 blizzards and waited another 8 minutes at window. We only go there because my wife likes it. Honestly wish the owner would actually train employees and management. This was happening way before COVID so nothing new.

I was like “wow bro, this joint has the best ice cream but the worst service!” #badplace. Do the people at this place even know how to speak? I said what I wanted and I think they are completely mute. Don’t make me come behind the counter and buy my ice cream! Let me talk about the good part about this now. The carrot blizzards are the bestest in the world and I could eat one every day of the week and on tuesdays. In fact, I have a pending order for 5 more tonight. It’s so so sweet how they outsource the carrots from local farmers who know what they are doing. TLDR; the food is yummy but the service sucks.

I waited at the speaker for 15 minutes and no one said anything to me let alone took my order. I figured they were trying to get through the line before taking new orders, but once there was no one in line at the window I was still waiting. Oh well, McDonald’s is faster and cheaper anyway.

I am very disappointed by the customer service. They had me waiting at the speaker in the drive thru for 5 minutes. I ordered my food then got to the window only to wait another 3-5 more min before some one took my form of payment. While I was waiting for someone to take my form of payment one of the ladies was just walking around on her phone then just talking and laughing as I’m waiting at the window, then she proceeded to just walk away and came back with a Bluetooth speaker. She finally took my form of payment without saying a word. I would rate 0 stars if I could.

Waited in drive-thru for 20 minutes just to get to the speaker and have them tell me that they weren’t serving food anymore. This wasn’t indicated *anywhere*, or I wouldn’t have sat in the drive-thru for so long. If you’re going to stop serving food at some random time of night, you need to indicate that clearly… Although seriously, what day food restaurant just stops serving food before they close?
