The quality of the food has decline drastically! Every time I stop by, the order is always done incorrectly. Today I spent over $20 for two meals and the shrimp was so overcooked all you could taste was burned grease. Management team do not bother responding as nothing is ever done. I am not spending anymore money nor tips at your establishment. Shame on you for not training your staff.

I’m really trying to to be a Karen but I came to just get 2 blizzards and a large drink, when I get to the window the girl was not paying attention and having conversations with everyone else while my Blizzards sat in the sunny window melting. I got my Blizzards with no tops, already melted and the drink top half way on. I snapped the top on left and by the time I got home which is a mile away, my blizzards were melted….. completely…. Then the drinks top came off and dumped all on the floor in the front seat…. Hope you guys plan on paying for detailing…..

Stop late for ice cream. Only the drive-thru was open which was backed up by many cars. The kids running the line worked very hard to keep it moving and had very friendly personalities. Ice cream was delicious.

The food was great. They have fry sauce!!! There was a little mix-up with our burgers. They made them doubles instead of singles. No complaints since we didn’t have to pay extra. Great staff, clean establishment.

To say this visit was a disappointment, is an understatement. I get that we are short staffed, why we are happy to be patient to get our food. This visit, completely different. 32 minutes wasting gas, in the drive thru, to get cold fries. Not warm, or medium, COLD to the touch fries. Cold to the touch burger and cheese curds. If we are waiting that long, shouldn’t our food be hot? Can’t call, number isn’t set up. Huge disappointment folks.
