Buyer beware….. they will happily sell you two cheeseburgers for five dollars but if you just order one it’s gonna be 5.99 And if you question the price at all you’re gonna get nothing but blank stairs from the drive-through staff. went inside to question, and was basically threatened by the manager on duty when I requested information for the owners .

The staffing here is, “Hit or Miss”. Sometimes the voice coming through the box is bright and excited to help you, patient and willing, answering the most simple questions. ( thank you ) . But unfortunately, more often than not anymore, the voice is short, unhappy, and clueless. The burgers on these nights are messy, cold, and smashed. I would recommend this Dairy Queen 1/3 of the time. But if you order the Oreo Brookie it will all be worth it!

Today in the drive through I asked for lids for the two blizzards I bought and was met with a half-on, half-off lid on one and the other lid wasn’t even secured at all. The ice cream was all over the outside of the cup and I asked for another cup to put the blizzard in, no problem right? Wrong. They took the blizzard back and wiped it off, not all the way I might add. When we finally got to eat them when we got all the way back home, it was only half blended. Just kinda dissatisfied. We’ve had many times where we weren’t happy with our order.

Awful. Didn’t tip blizzards and it’s just milk? Spend 50$ and get treated like a non paying customer by a heavily attituded customer. Will be filing with dq corporate complaints. Shoutout to Shannon for trying so hard for many years now to keep this franchise location together. No saving this one!
