When we arrived the line to order was quite long almost out the lobby doors.. It didn’t appear that anybody was taking orders and we waited about 15 minutes and then all of a sudden the line moved very fast. Given the number of guests at the time, our order arrived, where we were waiting in there dining area, very quickly, in less than 5 minutes.

I have many food allergies and every time I go to my local DQ the staff is amazing. I’ve never had an issue with the food, cleanliness or service. DQ is one of my favorite places to go. Keep up the amazing work. Thank you for your attention to the details and service without the attitude!

I put it in order and showed up at the appropriate time. The order took another thirty minutes to get out. All the while there were several employees none of which were moving at all. Looking like they didn’t know what the hell to do. I will not be going back to dairy queen anytime soon as a result of this horrible customer service and treatment.

Blizzards not thoroughly mixed!! this is the second time in 2 months where our Blizzards are 1/4 blizzard an the rest is vanilla ice cream. Your ripping off your customers and advertising is misleading. I want my money back & demand corporate get involved & put a stop to this!!!

I’d honestly give no stars if possible. I went through the drive through last night and got a cupfection. They first put the order in wrong and gave me the wrong thing. They then asked me to give it back to them from out of my car, to make my cupfection out of it. No one had gloves on. They took my food back AFTER I had taken a few bites to see what it was, for them to put it back in the blender, and add vanilla ice cream and a brownie to make it what I ordered. I had told the staff that I had taken a few bites and they said “that’s ok”. I got soggy fries and far to much mustard on a burger. I recommend driving to the other location. Don’t go here unless they fix the health concerns.

3/24/23: 2:05 pm: I took my grand kids to Dairy Queen on 9th Street I placed an order but my grandkids want ice cream with their meal so I asked the cashier to change my order. The manager April was rather rude because it was an inconvenient for her to cancel my first order and replace it with the meal. In front of me she told her cashier, to make sure I read the menu before placing my order. April the manager was too coward to say it to my face.

This dairy queen has a cement barrier in the drive thru… I went there almost two hours before closing time to order a flamethrower and nothing else. I don’t eat ice cream. I get to the speaker box to place my order and the order taker informs me that they had closed down the grill and fry station early that night and are only serving ice cream. I was then forced to spend 20 minutes going through that drive through for absolutely nothing… I would advice anyone going through this drive through to call ahead of time to make sure they have what your looking for.
