Staff were friendly and patient. Could use some remodeling and lots of flies in the dining area. Some food seemed freshly warmed, but some seemed like it had been sitting around.

I have a custom order every time I come here, and every time it is perfect and on point! Today was especially special because the Owner was in the kitchen and he prepared my custom order! BOOM! Hands down best one I have ever had! Customer service was brilliant as always. Everything Dairy Queen Team Member was smiling, and overall I added another phenomenal experience to my many phenomenal experiences at this Miles City, Montana Dairy Queen!

I just ordered a bacon cheeseburger with only mustard and pickles. I got a double bacon cheeseburger with a small squirt of mustard and 3 pickles. It tastes good, but I’m sure I won’t be able to eat it all. ♀️

The claimed they didn’t have chocolate icecream for our cones. First DQ I’ve been at that doesn’t have chocolate icecream.

The restaurant is usually pretty clean. The family that ran the restaurant for years recently left and its now under new management. One of the pricier options for fast food but also one of the only options for ice cream in town unfortunately.

Guy behind the register was very strange and hard to communicate with. Food came out wrong and unlabeled. We will avoid this restaurant in the future.

So looking forward to our blizzards I should have known, they didn’t turn it upside down like the normally do. Well, just a little choc pieces on the top that’s all the rest was just ice cream. That is not how blizzard should be. We thought we would let them know, but not a good attitude at all!! Not good business!!

Website said DQ closed at 9:00 p.m. I went there at 8:43…lo and behold! Closed. Frustrating to say the least. Sign and drive through lights were on. Went back the next day, and all was fine.
