Showed up with my two grandchildren. Nothing but young kids “working”.. most of them were standing around while there were lines at the counter and in the drive thru! We were in line behind another kid, who was an obvious friend of the kid taking his order as he gave the customer his 10 percent off as an employee? We then we waited several more minutes as they visited while the rest of us waited in line! When our order was delivered the blizzard was held upside down, and he said, how long should I hold it like this? I replied that’s probably long enough! If this is the best you can do for employees, you might as well close it down! They are pathetic! At least provide some trained adult supervision to control them!! I’m sure I’ll get the canned response, but to save you some time! Probably won’t give you another chance. There are other DQs to visit! Hope you get your act together if I was DQ franchise people I’d take a hard look at this management!

Went thru drive thru for a blizzard .. the young blonde girl gave me the blizzard but didn’t turn it upside down so I asked her if it was free as advertised, she lended out the window and grabbed it out of my hand and said now I did it and shut the window! Wow! How rude plus it was melty never again.

I live closest to this store and the food is always pretty good but the service is trash, I once went through the drive thru and one employee said “I hate working here” and “don’t throw it at me. Throw it at the customer” as the window was right open and then proceeded to hand me my banana split with the lid half way on, literally, it was hanging half way off it, part of it was in the middle of the ice cream, it spealed on me and they just continued to stare at me, I asked for napkins and she handed them to me and shut the window, no “sorry” or anything like that, just shut the window, went back a few days later and they got my order completely wrong, it’s safe to say I will not be coming back to this location.

So let me start off by saying, that I don’t usually come to this establishment. I haven’t been to a DQ in years. That being said, I would like to say that this place has a good worker. While I didn’t get anything, this time around, I will be coming back to DQ, if my travels permit, I did have a good interaction with Dylan. I think he was the taller of the employees. I usually order the Smores Blizzard, but was ultimately just stepping in to see what this establishment did, and didn’t have available. If the employees are as knowledgeable as Dylan, I will be coming back to this DQ.

This place is ridiculous, we tried several times talking to day and night managers to fix the problem, which is you can not purchase ex onions or pickles for your burgers! Why would you not sell your food? Lost customers over that blows my mind…
