Been here many times simply because it’s close to home and school. Everytime I hope it gets better. Always dirty tables and garbage on the floor. This particular visit the gentleman behind the till was at least friendly because they is not always the case.

This location (45th st and 40th Ave s Fargo) has completely gone downhill. The inside is dingy, dirty and does not appear to be up kept. Banged up walls, missing nozzles on the fountain dispenser and dirty everything. Waited for a half hour before I finally asked for my money back and left. There were 6 employees and only 2 of them were actually working. The rest were goofing off and not paying attention to customers. Drive through line was full and lobby as well. Very poor experience and sad because this used to be a nice place to go. Hope they can turn it around.

Where do I start, first sat in line for 10-15 minutes. Which is whatever, then ordered 2 meals. Get to the window. Only received the one meal. Had to wait on the 2nd meal. When I finally got it after about 5 minutes. It was thrown together, to the point that I opened the wrapping and it turned into a hamburger mess in my lap. Which was a treat, considering I was late for my appointment. Due to the 20 minute wait. So I walked in to my appointment. Looking like I rubbed BBQ sauce on my gut and hadn’t washed my shirt. Then the fry’s, are so salty I could only eat about 3 before it tasted like I had worked a 12 hour shift in the salt mine. But luckily I could wash down the salty fries with a large drink… Just kidding!!! Didn’t realize tell I pulled out of the driveway that they forgot to hand me my drink. I was so irritated I didnt bother to turn around. Now I wish I had because I feel like I spent a day in the desert. After eating out of the salt shaker. I mean fry’s. Overall the worst fast food place in Fargo.

Worst experience at a DQ ever. I understand lunch is a busy time, but I was in line from start to finish for 28 minutes. The worst part is from the time they took my order until I got to the window was about 15 minutes, and then I still had to wait at the window for a few more. There is not a single menu item that takes 15 minutes to make. The employees also didn’t seem to have a care in the world either, no apology for the wait, and they knew it was a long wait, every car in line sat at the window for anywhere from 3 to 10 minutes. I hope the owner sees this and maybe tries to reign in their employees who clearly don’t care.

They messed up literally every part of our order from over charging us. Giving us different drinks from what we ordered and giving us different size meals. On top of that the cashier was a slow crackhead who was not fit to take orders or handle food.

The wait in the drive through took eons. Two cars ahead of us left because the wait was so long. They asked us to pull ahead and wait on the side for two small cones.. total wait time = 25 minutes.

Don’t go to the drive thru. 1 car = 10 min wait time. Regardless of order. You can do the math. Just go to the Hornbachers across the parking lot and get some Ben and Jerry’s or maybe an apple you prolly need to eat more fruit anyways.
