Honestly seen better service in my days,was waiting 17 minutes just to waited on and get our order. Workers passed us about 7 times then said he would get us later. I get there under staffed but they really need to improve there work ethics. Hope they improve and get more works but definitely will skip this dairy queen and go to another one that is hopeful better.

The food was pretty good. After our meal we ordered ice cream and the girl that waited on us was less than friendly. She finely indicated that she would bring the items to us when they were ready. It took at least 10 min.

Went to the drive through and ordered a burger without a bun. The food was good but I should have paid more attention to what I ordered since that particular burger came with onion rings on it and since I can’t have those, it was a sad day for me but also my own fault. The fries were nice and hot with a good amount of crisp and the burger part I could eat was very good despite my mishap in my ordering skills lol

Order a 6 piece chicken strip basket, get home to see it’s only a 4 piece and of course it’s all cold already. Go all the way back, wait for 20+ minutes for 2 more chicken strips and get 2 cold strips the side of chicken nuggets and charged $3.79. I’m so tired of drive thru food because it’s always the same experience.

Doesn’t seem to matter when I go there they always manage to short change me. The only reason I keep going back is because it’s the closest one to me. Any time I order 6 chicken strips basket I swear they chose some of the smallest chicken strips in there. Like why am I paying extra for 6 when you’re giving me the equivalent of 4. Idk. Maybe that’s being picky. Whatever. This time I ordered it with a drink and a small chocolate cone. I got a super warm coke with no ice in it at all. Like that’s super gross. The ice cream cone I got was a vanilla cone dipped in chocolate. Turns out they charged me for a dip so technically I got what they charged me for but it’s not what I actually ordered. If you weren’t sure why didn’t you clarify with me? The people barely talk to you especially when busy. So not particularly polite. Just an overall eh experience every time I go there.

This place is always crazy dirty, and I have never one time gotten an order that was correctly made! Tonight it was that I ordered a large Blizzard with banana, pineapple, caramel, and heath bar. I got a large Blizzard with banana, strawberry, and pineapple all on the top 1/4 of the Blizzard, 3/4 of the Blizzard was vanilla ice cream. Wrong ingredients and no heath bar whatsoever. My husband’s large M & M Blizzard was M &Ms mixed in the top 1/4, plain vanilla ice cream for the rest. Unacceptable! I try to give places the benefit of the doubt, but this was visit 6 in a year and I’m DONE. Hopefully the right board of health inspector walks in there on an evening shift. So bad.

Absolutely terrible service every time I’ve been in. They ignore the customers who are dining and the tables are never clean. The past two times I’ve been here, I’ve waited a significant amount of time to order and then for my food. The first time I waited for 15 minutes to order and then 30 minutes for food. The second time I went in to get an ice cream cake and waited 15 minutes to be rung up. That time I asked to talk to a manager (which apparently was who rang me up) and she rolled her eyes.

They got worse than McDonald’s. Not only they gave me a soggy burger, but the wrapper was covered in ketchup and they charged me .69 cent for ketchup.. my goodness. They definitely downgraded.
