Don’t order curbside from these people. They won’t bring it to you. Wait for 10 minutes, cause I’m reasonable, it’s busy sometimes. Go in to see what’s up since it’s been 10 minutes longer than the time it said it would be ready. “What’s the name on the order?…Oh yeah its right here.” Pulls food from a warmer.

what happened? it was good before but now a joke. fries were soggy and cold like they were left out in the rain overnight. the burgers are supposed to be 1/3 lb patties? doubtful. chicken strips were limp and not at all crispy. service was still good though. food needs improvement.

Since I was working in Edina I decided to give DQ a try; there aren’t many where I live. This is my experience in those 4 days. Cashier Joseph Phothirat responded to my 4 separate greetings with a dedicated moment of silent awkwardness and his signature single-digit-IQ blank look. Silly me expecting DQ employees to be happy that I chose to spend my money there. I understand now my mere presence wasn’t welcome amongst such distinguished aristocracy. To speak to a peasant like myself would’ve been beneath them.
