This was something I had been thinking about all day. Walked into the store and the lobby was full of people waiting to order. 2 people and the cook was all the staff there was. Stood in line for about 20 minutes waiting to order and should have followed my gut and walked out.

Went in on 5/29 around 8pm . Entire experience was horrible . One worker said maybe if they ignore the customers they would just leave . Ordered 2 blizzard – One Royal Cheese cake and one Cotton Candy . After 20 minutes of waiting on the cotton candy we asked where it was and were told they were out . We asked for a second Royal Cheese Cake blizzard if they were out of cotton candy . We were given whatever this is and it was half melted . I ended up throwing it away because I don’t care for chocolate (especially mixed with strawberry ) Will not be going back .

I waited in the drive thru for about 10 minutes and never heard from anyone, sitting there at the speaker. There were 3 cars ahead just waiting as well. Not sure what’s going, so I pulled away… bummer. Not likely going back to this location.

Just close the location down until you can staff it properly. Every single time i’ve gone here i’ve had to wait around 20 minutes for one blizzard. This last time i was sitting at the drive thru window and could see my order ready to be given to me, but i had to wait another 8 minutes for someone to come and give it to me. It’s obvious the staff either isn’t trained properly or just don’t care. You’re much better off going to another location.

Oof. The customer service here is not great, and it’s usually from the older staff. Waited at the intercom today for over 10 minutes before my husband and I pulled forward thinking maybe the intercom was dead. The lady at the window argued with us when we asked if the intercom was broken because we didn’t hear anything “I can’t be everywhere at once!” she exclaimed. Totally get that, but you also can’t leave the drive thru line hanging for well over 10 minutes without so much as a “we’re backed up, thank you for waiting”. The blizzards here are great though, no skimping on ingredients!

My first time trying out this location. I ordered a box of DQ sandwiches and it said 6 but there were only four! And on top of that, they were smaller than usual and cookie part was soggy! The line was so long I just drove home as I figured they’d have no proof I didn’t take some out of the box, but yikes. Really bad waste of money (over $16.00)

If I could give zero stars I would, but I can’t. We ordered in the restaurant and no one acknowledged us for 5 minutes, even though the three workers kept looking at us. Once we ordered, it took 15 minutes to get two blizzards. The guy handling the ice cream seamed to care more about being on his phone than making order. My husband and I didn’t want to eat in the empty restaurant, so we decided to leave, but I wish I stayed to say something. I ordered the peanut butter puppy chow blizzard, and I kid you not only one piece of puppy chow was in it. Not to mention that my blizzard was only 3/4s filled.

For clarity, I was there the evening of 5/29. I would give service and atmosphere a 0 if I could. Worker behind the front counter was very rude, acted like he really didn’t care, didn’t inform customers of what they were out of when they ordered, wasn’t helpful in replacing items that were found to be out of, and said “If I ignore the customers, maybe they will go away” The floors were sticky and all you heard over the people was shoes unsticking from the floor as people literally walked out before even ordering. I’m giving the food 2 stars because my blizzard was made correctly and wasn’t a cup of melted ice cream. Others I saw leave were absolute disasters.

Worst place you could ever go to. I placed a mobile order, picked it up in the drive through and my food was given cold and hard, like it had been sitting for a while. Keep in mind I had just placed my mobile order about 7 minutes before I picked it up, no reason it should’ve been cold. A younger lady had forgot my ice cream and when I reminded her, she handed it to me while it was melting all over her hand as well as mine, overflowing the cup and the cone. The employees were rude and didn’t seem to know how to do their job correctly. I went inside to get it redone since it was made so messy, and the lady was giving me a very rude mean mugging look. Worst experience ever, never returning to this location. I literally threw everything away and did not eat it. Waste of time and money!!
