This was my first visit to the Dairy Queen in Zimmerman. First impression was the food is typical expected Dairy Queen food. We got the burger with fries- average. We also got the Sundaes which were very good. Service was quick and positive. We came at 3 pm on a Monday and they were very busy keeping up with customer orders. Restaurant lacked on cleanliness.

I have tried to go there twice this month. The first time I waited in the drive through for 20 minutes and when it was my time to order there was a tiny hand written sign that said “cash only”. Tonight I waited for 30 minutes in the drive through just to see that what I wanted to order was out of stock. There were about 10 super tiny clear stickers with black writing that said “sold out”. Something you could not see until you were up to order. Both look super trashy. Will not be going back to this location again.

My wish is Dairy Queen just serve ice cream products. There not good with food. I ordered a hot dog with mustard and a medium chocolate shake. I was third in the ordering line. I waited 15 min. Shake was not ice cream any longer and hot was cold and bun was hard and enough mustard not to see the small hot dog. I paid a little over $8.00. I put all items in the garbage. Never going back.

PAID for extra sauce and didn’t get it. Went back through because they also didn’t give me my card back, and the lady refused to give me sauce. Showed her my receipt and said she gave me the sauce?? Like all for a measly BBQ sauce…. Food was fine but service 0/5

went thru the drive thru. definitely understaffed as we waited in line for 35 minutes and we were the 3rd car in line. the poor girl that was pretty much doing everything was still gracious and thanked us. good food as always just plan on spending some time there.
