Stopped in for some food and ice cream and they were busy! But the gal who took our order (I think her name was Captain Tali) was wonderful! She was friendly, upbeat, and apologetic for the wait time even though they were packed. I over heard her say she was on hour 13 of working that day which is impressive because I would have never been able to tell by her attitude. Great job!

Slow even though I was the only one in the drive thru. I can understand if they’re making it fresh but please just tell me so I don’t feel like I’m waiting 10 minutes for subpar food. Also the Buffalo dipping sauce they gave me was 3 months expired.

Got the chicken strip basket and the pretzel sticks. Each chicken strip was about the size of an underdeveloped testicle. Think the size of a chicken nugget. Also didn’t get any queso with the pretzels even though it’s advertised as such. I wouldn’t normally be this disappointed, but the total for this was nearly, and unexpectedly, almost $20. Overpriced as all hell for the mediocre experience you get. Anyone with a right mind, give your wallet a break and go across the street to Culver’s

They have the wrong formula as far as toppings mix in Blizzards. 2 times I orderd an oreo blizzard with EXTRA oreo which os an upcharge. I got the blizzard could barely see any Oreo. Someome needs to fix this issue, won’t ever return.

Increíble that they don’t know how to make a mint oreo blizzard. If the people there don’t like to make ice cream and deal with customers they shouldn’t be working there. Very disappointed of the place and the treatment to the customer is a 00000 not a good place to go. Never coming back.

I visited on Friday, May 19th around 7:15 PM. The store was absolutely packed, and it seemed like the entire lobby was being handled by one employee with a Jedi button/pin. I’ve worked at restaurants during the dinner rush and I know it sucks. She handled it spectacularly; maintaining composure and providing excellent service despite the hectic circumstances. I don’t know what she was being paid, but it wasn’t enough.

Love this location! So friendly and fast. Tali was amazing. She was patient and helpful and extremely accommodating. My young son bonked his head and she made the extra effort to ask him how he was, and even gave him a cup of ice to put on his head AND a free cone. He was delighted. Extremely friendly staff. What a great experience with my young son to show him a life lesson in kindness. Thank you Tali and team!

Experience #1: Waited in a 20 minute drive thru line. When it was finally my turn and I got to the mic they turned off the mic and light and turned on an auto message saying they were closing the drive thru.

Extremely long waits in store and drive through, poor customer service. We waited > 20 mins for 2 vanilla cones. We have given this Dairy Queen a few tries and always a poor experience. Don’t plan on returning and would not recommend.
