I order the Crispy Chicken sandwich Flamethrower and always repeat myself to please add the bacon and the pepper jack cheese and the flamethrower sauce!!!! I guess its my bad that i never check it before i leave?? No. I always get home soo dissapointed because they never add what i ask for! All they say is “it comes with it”. I trust it will “come with it”. Its annyoing and why drive all the way back?

It was my wife’s birthday today. Dairy Queen gave me this cake. Off-center, so the entire frosting smeared all over. I was in a rush and had no other choice but to take it. I told them I would call later to see if they could offer me anything for the terrible-looking cake, and all they said is that they would give me a $3 discount afterwards.

Drive through only. Pricy for a hot dog, burger and 2 blizzards. Over $20.00. The burger came with the largest slice of onion on a burger I have ever seen. Everything just seemed half Hazzard.

The staff are young kids. Not friendly at all. The food was not good. The ice cream is good but not the burgers and fries. Would not recommend eating there for dinner. Plus I noticed that the cook was not wearing gloves?? So gross! He should be wearing plastic gloves if he’s handling food! The place was not clean. Like I said, the ice cream is good but that’s about it.

Who doesn’t love large blizzards that were not mixed and little to no candy added so it’s just pure vanilla ice cream. Awesome didn’t know had to crush and add the candy myself. My girl friends cone must of been a prototype for a new thin butterscotch dipping process if so do not continue definitely do not recommend. We might as well of ordered a vanilla cone and a large cup of vanilla ice cream it might of been cheaper.

2nd time in two weeks your team got my order wrong. YOU SHOULD repeat what someone orders!! And you didn’t give me an itemized receipt so I can’t see if you entered it right. I ordered large onion rings and you gave me small. Last time I ordered a cheeseburger with no veggies and added chili and you gave me chili with thousand island and veggies and mustard and ketchup. I what the heck!!!

This is consistently the best DQ we’ve ever experienced. We live nearby and have never had a messed up order. They always make great blizzards and food. Also, don’t let their long drive thru lines scare you, they get people through pretty darn fast.

My brother DoorDashed food for us, and when my burger came in, it have pickles mustard and ketchup on it (I ordered only cheese and lettuce). I didn’t know that it automatically came with those on it, because at the place I work, you have to add everything you want on it yourself. I called the restaurant to ask what we could do about it expecting it to be remade, because generally if you order something you expect to get what you want, and when I asked if there’s anything we can do about it, they just told me to order only cheese and lettuce next time. The lady was a bit agressive about it too. Clearly the customer service is terrible, because any other chain fast food restaurant have re-made my food for free when I tell them that they got my order wrong. So my family just paid $5 for food I physically can’t eat. (It’s not because I have allergies, but I am extremely picky, and ketchup and pickles make me gag).

Ridiculous experience . Walked up to a sign that says door dash or place order on side of building. Walked to the opposite side and found no further information. Called manager to see if I could place an order and was told I could wait in the drive through line. Not wanting to place myself between cars I told him that doesn’t sound like a good idea. If you’re so inept that you can’t open your lobby for business or have proper signage for walk up customers you shouldn’t be in business. This Dairy Queen has lost my business for good.

I had a great experience while at this dairy queen. One employee especially Jalen was extremely helpful. My order was messed up but Jalen just simply touched the Ice cream with his magical fingers and it turned into what I ordered. He then proceeded to fly out the building and scream your welcome. It was a once in a lifetime experience.
