How this place still operates blows my mind. I work local, and I remember why I’ve only been here 3 times in 4 years for a quick lunch. Takes 30 minutes to order even with no cars in line. But let’s talk about the “food” should be illegal to work in a kitchen and not cook food properly. Like honestly, fries and chicken strips in a fryer takes no effort. I got fries straight from the freezer, nuked in a microwave for 30 seconds and served dam near. Mushy tenders which also were probably under the heat lamp for hours. Whoever owns this place needs to retrain and hire some new employees..someone that knows how to cook and serve food. I get everyone needs a job but wow I’ll drive past this place everytime i see it. Want DQ I highly suggest driving to another one.

We ordered 3 blizzards and a dilly bar. My husband caught they made his wrong so they made new one. Started eating mine & not what I ordered & did not like it. Called & gal on phone says oh yeah I remember him & we have trainees. Then rudely says ok is that all! RUDE WE WILL NOT GO BACK! We will drive to Elk River.

I’ve visited this location a few times while I traveled through Minnesota; I have to say, this location is a lot better than the one I live near. There’s something about this location that brings back childhood nostalgia. I walked in last Tuesday and instantly felt memories swarm me.

I’ve been holding off leaving this review for more than a year, I figured staff shortages and bouncing back from Covid. But nothing is changing. Tonight going through the drive thru, I look in the window and there is literal garbage all over the floor behind the counter. The workers are stepping on and around it.

Double charged for a reduced sugar dilly bar. Would not refund on demand. Will not return to this store. Also contacted corporate and filed a complaint. UPDATE: And as expected, never received a rund fir being charged double for being a victim of diabetes. Over 5.00 for a Reduced Sugar Dilly Bar! Was informed it was a fee for no sugar added. Refused to give me a refund at time of purchase. I wonder if this was illegal?

Food was ok. But the restaurant was filthy everywhere! Floors ,counters, window , bathroom. Not like just a wipe up needed, it was horrible. And the smell of urine standing by the order counter was bad. Never again

Very disappointed about this visit. I was in the drive-through and it took the lady 10 minutes no joke to say “one moment” and we were maybe in the drive-through for 15-20 minutes just to wait for some ice cream and a small slushy. There were a total of 3 cars and I saw about 5-6 workers I thought I was at a McDonald’s from this pace of work.

I think there needs to be some training at this location. Stop doing the Blizzard flip and put lids on those things I definitely hate being handed an overflowing melting soft serve Blizzard wrapped in napkins, pretty sure nobody wants to have to clean that out of their vehicles. Use LIDS. Every time I come here there’s a wait after open for burger patties.. that’s not an ice breaker but.. what is, is missing the dipping sauces on every order I’ve ever made here. I’ll just say going to DQ in town makes me miss having A&W as a competition in town because I’d have more options for a quick frozen (sometimes) treat for the kiddos.
