I came in this evening to buy a birthday cake and the young crew that was working tonight were absolutely amazing and I was very impressed with their desire and will to work and work so hard and stay professional. They provided a very warm welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. The girl who decorated my cake pink and purple with sprinkles also did an amazing job! The team that worked tonight should be praised and acknowledged for their hard work!

We only got a cone in drive-through. Ice cream seemed a bit grainy in texture but taste was ok. The girl at the window was handling it but was very busy, only 2 people working.

This used to be my favorite DQ because the blizzards were always the best. I have been stopping in Friday nights for a few months for my end of the week diet cheat and each time have been disappointed. The blizzards are always runny and melting. To the point I have to put them in the freezer now for the next day. Someone took my order at the drive up tonight and when I got to the window, she forgot to put it in. So the rushed blizzard I got was barely mixed with minimal pieces in it. He also hands it to me with ice cream all over the cup – clearly saw the mess and doesn’t even hand me napkins. I’m all about giving places a break with a disappointing visit but literally 8 visits over the last couple months and every time I left annoyed. Time to find a new location.

I have to say this is the worst dq I have ever been to. I walked in to get a 8 inch cake. Sign said we have more cakes in back. Awsome. Paid for the cake, waited 25 minutes to get the cake. A couple in front of me were still waiting for there food when we got the cake. Place was disgusting. Raw hamburgers on the floor and the people(kids) were to busy goofing around and throwing away the ice cream cones, blizzards, etc. I will never go back to this dq again. And I hope that people actual read reviews and drive to a different dq.

Went to dairy queen waited a couple of minutes 4 cars in front of me order cheeseburger and hamburger and small banana malt and small strawberry chessecake blizzard. Banana malt was soupy melted, blizzard too when he tipped like there post to and there were ice chuncks like old ice cream never cleaned out the ice maker. Just to over priced. Not good anymore.

Awful service! All the tables inside & outside were dirty. The kids working were to busy messing around in the back that they over cooked the burgers..they were like hockey pucks. The floors had food all over & very obvious nothing was wiped down for a while. Ordered meals with fries & had maybe 15 cold & old fries. Will not be back! Gross!

The employees were trying but was too busy for them to keep up. Food took a while no ice in pop machine, no ice in drive thru pop machine tables were filthy, garbages overflowing bathrooms were disgusting, parking lot in terrible shape, a one way parking lot that you can only fit 1 car at the drive thru that blocks the rest of the lot.

I had the worst customer service I had ever received here. I have worked in customer service for a majority of my life and never seen anything like this. My dad and I went through the drive through and we’re treated so poorly from the get go. We pulled up to the window and the girl could not express anymore how much she didn’t want to be there. She was rude and our food was not great. My dad ordered a shake which came out less then half full. We asked for a pup cup and she was super snarky about it. I just wanted to give my senior dog a treat. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

Worst Dairy Queen in the history of the franchise. This place is run down and understaffed. My food to forever to get, and there was a strange chunk in the bottom of my strawberry sundae. One of the songs playing in the restaurant was dropping f-bombs. I will never eat here again
