Waited for a half hour to get our food they didn’t give us our right food I asked for the right thing which happened to just be gravy that was supposed to be with the chicken and another dip for the other chicken they got irritated by it they went and took another 5 minutes to get me those and they didn’t bring me the right ones and I said we’ve waited for almost a half hour in line and their comment was we’re busy that’s it and close the door on me lousy service the food was cold when by the time we got home which is less than a two blocks away it’s not the first time I went there because my granddaughter loves it there I would have rather gone to a McDonald’s or even a White Castle then go back there. They also said they were busy is why this happened we were the third car in line and waited for half hour that is not busy that’s lousy work on the inside

Ordered ahead for dinner.. order was not ready for pickup even with an extra 10 min.. got my burgers no fries got two ice cream an not the other.. forgot my fountain drink had everything when I left but I had to stand there an practically go thru my whole order just to make sure we got everything.. I understand everyone is short staffed but you need to look at the order and complete it before you give it to the customer like it’s done. Cause it was not. And every time he handed me something it seemed as tho he thought he was finished with the order.. communicate and pay attention please. If we gotta wait we gotta wait just get the order completely together before you hand it to the guest.

The ice cream is amazing. Though this Dairy Queen doesn’t really have any food except hotdogs and fries i think. They have vegan dilly bars tho! It’s in a sketchy area that’s why the atmosphere is 4 starred. They don’t have indoor seating but they have outdoor! They also make cakes in pretty sure

Stopped in for a blizzard. Drive thru line was really long so I went inside and ordered my blizzard. 15 minutes later I didn’t have my blizzard and the dozen+ other people waiting in the lobby didn’t have their ice cream orders either.

not a dairy queen i would return to, one of the workers are just on the phone doing facetime and made my blizzard with less care and more focus on her phone, i received no lid for my blizzard and had to ask she just mix them and put it on the counter. my blizzard was also very melted when it was placed on the counter, drive back home and it was dripping everywhere to the point i had to take out the car mat to wash downs.

We waited for over 35 minutes with no response in the drive through.. We had to pull up to the window and tell them what we wanted but the girl working the drive through laughed at us when we told them we have been waiting for someone to take our order… This is NOT ok and is unacceptable…

This location never gets it right. Just being honest. If it’s just desert, you might get lucky. Actual food, good luck. Their microphone voice translater does not work well. Young workers haven’t had any customer service experience. Get every order wrong. Sorry so harsh. Just want to be honest.

There is no direction among employees. It is always busy because none of the workers communicate or care about the job they are supposed to perform. It is crowded, hostile, and full of paying customers who didn’t expect to wait 45 min for a melted blizzard as the staff ignore it and Goof off with each other. Don’t trust that your order is being made. Seems the way it works here is you order your food and wait. They take your receipt and throw it on the counter with the others as they don’t do anything in order

Food was pretty good. This was the $7 meal which is an unbelievable price for the whole thing – small cheeseburger, small French fries, pop, and a small chocolate sundae. I drove through so no rating on atmosphere.

I Had a problem with customer ahead of me either a special order or ??? He should of pulled to the side. I called back my Blizzards were like milk. Josh personally took care me was professional ,polite and my blizzards were great. Thank you Josh. Your an asset to Dairy Queen and I’m sure any business you work at. Thank you Again.
