Sign on door and website says they open at 10am. I showed up at 10:30am to buy a birthday cake for my niece, lights were off and door was locked. 2 cars in parking lot so I assume employees were inside. I tried calling to ask when they would be open and no one answered the phone.

Awful management. We wanted burgers and blizzards. We all ordered burgers and they said “we don’t have any buns “…. Okay so we decided to all order chicken strips baskets instead… then they say “we have no fries, but we have cheese curds or onion rings”… Okay, let’s get those. “Well there is an upcharge for that”. Absolutely not. What a joke. If you’re out of literally half of your food menu, you’d think management would accommodate the customer. We ended up leaving and going to Taco Bell instead. They lost out on an $80-100 order. I feel awful for the workers that are stuck trying to pick up the pieces for management that literally has no idea what they’re doing. A fast food restaurant should NEVER run out of frozen French fries.

Service is fairly slow. They gave me the wrong burger twice. But honestly give them a little compassion. It was mostly teenagers working and one adult. They were clearly over whelmed with the rush of people. A lot of people were getting rude with them, do better guys. They were doing their best.

This place is exceptional but not in a good way. They seem to have enough staff to get the job done but somehow still can’t. I put in a mobile order to save time. I was two minutes later than when the app said the order was supposed to be ready. They hadn’t even started preparing it and seemed surprised I was there. They then proceeded to take 15 minutes to make a cheeseburger and fries. They had to replace my sundae because the first one melted in the time it took them to prepare the rest of the order. Food was sub-pare to top it off. Do not recommend going here if you want prompt service or decent food. I have been to other DQ in the area and not had any problems, so seems to be this location. Also, place had a lot of flies buzzing around.

I go to this DQ once a week usually, they open at 10:00am or they are supposed to but the last 4 times I have ordered on my mobile app (which makes you pay with card) typically around 10:45am for an 11am pick up when I arrive to pick up my order I’m told by employees the kitchen is not up and running come back later. No one knows how to refund a mobile order so I’m stuck waiting for my lunch that I have already paid for on their time when I only have 30 minutes for lunch. This DQ should be making good money considering the location but they aren’t ready to operate on time and I’ve seen them turn away a lot of customers in the last few weeks. Can’t imagine how much money they’re missing out on. Very poor management clearly.

The restaurant was well staffed and very few customers, however the dining area was so unclean. Every table, seating area, floor, windows, doors, and window ledges were dirty. We selected to dine-in, and had to wipe a table ourselves to actually sit down. This was shocking to me with enough staff standing around that the restaurant was not cleaner. With the COVID experience we all went through perhaps cleanliness should be a focus for this restaurant.

Service was okay, not attentive, but it is a Dairy Queen. The burger, although heated in a microwave, was very tasty and filling. The large onion ring was hardly large, probably three more rings than regular size. Overall, a 4 star visit..

Stopped on our way through from the twin cities back north. Eight of us were present, five kids three adults. Only two staff members working on a seemingly very busy Sunday. After waiting in excess of a half an hour after placing my order we finally gave up on them and left with a partial order. Unfortunately the ownership is letting down at staff. The two individuals working were very overwhelmed. They had the drive-thru and lobby to maintain. When we arrived there was nobody there. While we waited we saw groups equal to ours leave on multiple occasions. Unfortunately we had to continue north to another Dairy Queen to fulfill our DQ needs. We will not stop back at the Wyoming, MN DQ anytime soon. Wyoming DQ owners need to do better by their staff.
