Beautiful location, good food, but not the best service. The young people working not only argue about the tasks, and text on their personal devices while ringing people up at the front counter in front of the register, they also don’t ensure filling the cake freezers and clean up the store appropriately. Tonight, we were served our food on a tray with a good amount of liquid that was not cleaned off. The place needs a good deep clean. Disappointed with our first visit inside.

No ice in pop machine. No napkins anywhere. Dirty interior, tables, chairs, booths, floor and counters. Dismissive slow staff. Took more than 10 minutes for anyone to take our order then another 15 to get our easy peasy order. $7 chicken strip meal x 2…. uggg we could see staff in back stuffing their faces with fries dipped in gravy

Twice have ordered for lobby pick up only to get there and have to wait nearly an hour in a drive through line because the lobby was closed…wouldn’t bring it out for curb side either. Almost left, but figured it was easier to wait than fight the charge with my credit card company. Seem woefully understaffed. Shouldn’t take online orders if you can’t fulfill them in a timely fashion. Gave them a second chance, but same bad service, and wrong food provided so we had to wait even longer while they remade everything. Will not be back to this location again.

Closer closed the lobby early by over an hour and wouldn’t let my family in to order ice cream but she let her boyfriend through the doors to go hang out inside, didn’t say a word to us. Then she was sassy and snarky to my sister over the phone when she called to ask why the doors were closed while their hours stated on the doors and online they were open until 10pm. She purposely ignored us, gave no communication and gave special treatment to someone she knew over my family- then had the gaul to be nasty on the phone. Manager, hire someone better. This was a really important night for my family and our kids just wanted some ice cream. She had no idea what kind of impact she made on our day and It was a really important day. Be kind to people. You don’t know what they are going through. Culver’s was delicious btw.

This is the worst Dairy Queen that I’ve ever been to. Given that I have lived less than 2 mi from it for the past 8 years, I have been here many times, and almost always it has been a disappointment. At least eight out of 10 times that I have gone, they are out of whatever it is that I am ordering. At least eight out up 10 times that I have gone there, they have made my order wrong. I just waited in the Drive-Thru line for 20 minutes, ordered the summer flavor blizzard, the cotton candy blizzard, and I get to the window, and they tell me they’re out. This is your summer signature flavor people!! Make sure you have enough of the ingredients for your summer flavors!! I will never set foot in this Dairy Queen again, and I will never drive through again. I have had enough. I will drive to Farmington or Burnsville if I want Dairy queen. It’s obvious that this is a much bigger issue than just the current employees. Whoever the higher ups are for Rosemount Dairy Queen you need to take a cold hard look at this location.

This place needs to be shut down immediately. Unsanitary inside. No tables were clean, no hand sanitizer or soap in the bathrooms. We went inside because the drive thru was 10 cars deep and thought it would be faster. We were wrong. It took 10 minutes for us to even order anything with 2 people in front of us and ANOTHER 20 minutes to get OUR ICE CREAM!!!!!!!! Unless they hand make the ice cream with cows and milk I would understand however, that was not the case. We couldn’t even sit at a table because it was just nasty in there. I am so sick of this place still being in business when it has NO BUSINESS being there anymore. Little to no employees working there these days. There was 3 employees that I saw tonight which being the only ice cream shop within miles is completely unacceptable. Do not waste your time here. You will wait at least 15-20 or more minutes getting your food or ice cream. This place needs to be SHUT DOWN

I placed a mobile order, I was given a time estimate of 15 minutes from when the order was placed. I went in ten minutes from the time of placing the order only to be ignored by three employees. They each looked at me and turned around awkwardly, until finally one employee came up to the register and stared directly at me, without saying a word. I said I had a mobile order, he frantically turns around and looks at the monitor that showed the mobile order, and says ‘we’ll start on that” . He proceeded to walk away for five minutes, back and forth from the counter, not doing anything. Another customer then came in trying to order, and he was immediately helped and his order was made first. We then waited an additional ten minutes for our two blizzards. We exited the store at approximately 4:15 in the afternoon, and ate our blizzards on the patio. About five minutes later, several groups of people tried to enter the store, but the door was locked. At 4:15 in the afternoon. On a Tuesday. I find this absolutely ridiculous and will never be going to this store again, and I advise others not to as well.

The garbage was overflowing outside onto the sidewalk. No napkins or ice. Garbage on the floor. None of the tables looked wiped down. It had the distinct odor that smelled like human sweat. I think that the kids working there should have better supervision.

Awful service and I don’t think it’s physically possible for the line to move any slower. There were about 8 cars in front of me and it took almost 20 mins before it was my turn to order. Then when i ordered the cashier sounded really tired like he was running on 2 hours of sleep and quoted me a total that was way too high. I asked him to read my order back and I got “Uhhhh” as a response so I just said what it was and he was like “Yeah.” Then it turned out AFTER taking payment they were out of buns and offered me an alternative item and also they gave me the wrong kind of Blizzard. And on a side note their portions are simultaneously getting smaller and more expensive. A large is closer to what a medium used to be. I don’t see how this location stays in business, it is most likely going to shut down just like it’s neighboring Apple Valley location did.

Average DQ blizzard. But the place was FILTHY. Door handles, glass doors, floor and blizzard topping area were SO gross. The menu listed the cost of a small blizzard as $4.76 but they charged over $5.30. When I asked the server about it, she said their prices have gone up about a month ago. I asked don’t you honor the price on the sign? And she said no.
