My first experience a couple of weeks ago ordering blizzards in the drive- thru was not great – the employee pretty much slammed down the blizzards when I pulled up, practically eye-rolled when taking my card like I was inconveniencing her, and then was completely rude when I jokingly teased about not receiving the little upside-down test of my blizzard. I shrugged it off considering it was 45 min before closing (but still no need to be disrespectful and rude!). Today I gave it another chance…..MISTAKE!!! No one there can make a blizzard. It was a soupy mess. Two visits, two different employees, both terrible at creating a simple DQ treat. Management needs to step in and re-train or monitor their employees better. This DQ location should be embarrassed by the poor service, which results in poor reviews.

Went through the drive thru. Was indecisive and the guy working helped with suggestions, so I could make a decision! Picked a blizzard I haven’t tried. The lady at the pay window was friendly and talkative. Great experience on a 100° night!

I get things happen, but to have both of your ice cream machines break down then instead of offering a refund have us wait for soup like ice cream is not right. Plus the order was wrong. we waited for 30 minutes. Just close the shop up if you can’t make ice cream vs. getting your customers upset. It will be a very long time before I go back and I live walking distance.

Terrible experience. Sat in drive thru , lobby was locked , placed my order. I was the 3rd car in line. 24 minutes later I’m finally at the window and they hand me melted Ice cream. I ordered a banana split that looked like melted whipped cream, a blizzard that surely was not being served upside down and a moolate that was separating. I bring my food inside an employee let me in and ask to speak to the manager at the very least about my blizzard not being able to be served upside down to find out it was the manager that handed me my ice cream! What a shame. Refunded my money and was super rude I even complained .

Unfortunately super bad experience each time. Manager working has no clue what’s going on just standing around. Drive though 10 cars inside 10 people. All employees just standing there looking confused. A lady another employee I am guessing from another dairy queen asked to step in and help and she was the only one working and helping the place flow! She was a customer! Worst dairy queen ever. Also there points system scanner never works!

Im very disappointed I’m starving… waited in line for 25 min just to hear that their kitchen is closed. I wanted to just leave but I couldn’t without jumping a curd and driving thru their grass. I heard them tell the person behind me that they couldn’t do the ordered they wanted because they didn’t have strawberries. I also saw people trying to get in through the front door but it was locked. We went to get our ice cream and one of the employees is wiping their sweat off their face while making blizzards with no gloves on. We start to eat our ice cream and there’s hair in it. This is so disappointing and gross.

This location should be closed. The last three times I have came here the wait has been between 30 and 45 minutes. I’ve seen two young employees working with a manager and the employees have no clue what is going on. Tonight, there was only one person working and a line out of the door. People would drive in, see the line and simply drive out. Where is the owner and why isn’t he picking up the slack? If people call in or do not show up for their shift, the owner should be here filling those spots.

Urban Struggle
I live across the street from this location and rather drive 15-20 mins to any other location than deal with this store. Blizzards are basically milkshakes because they’re so melted. The lobby is always closed and the drive thru is atleast a 20+ min wait. It’s been this way for the two years I have lived here. I go back every once un a while just to see if it’s change and so far it hasn’t. Save your self some time and drive to another store.
