I think it would be good practice to repeat orders back. We ordered 3 chicken strip meals and she only rang up 2. So I had to go place an another order so I could eat. This is not our usual DQ but it seems they also have the same problem. This is has now been 5 out 5 of our last visits where are orders have been wrong. A simple fix: REPEAT THE ORDER BACK. Which would take an extra 30 seconds.

I’d recommend going to Culver’s instead, they have better ice cream anyways. They are short staffed, don’t attempt to go inside. You’ll lose your spot in line if you do. The workers and management don’t think it’s a good idea to put a sign on the front door letting their customers know that they are short staffed and will not be letting you in the lobby.

Burger and fries are 50:50. Sometime the fries are soft and good. Sometime hard and not good. Treats are good. Liked this place until, one of the cashier doesn’t seem to know how to count coin.

Line is always absurdly long, ice cream is usually half melted & order is rarely correct. When you order 5 items, you should get 5, not 4. Staff is nice, but far too young & understaffed to be left to manage a busy location.

The hours say they are open until 9. However, I Went at 8pm and they already had the lobby closed and the doors locked. Mind you the drive thru is constantly overflowing into the road as it is. An employee walked out as I was trying to get in and completely ignored the fact that I was I trying to get in. Why are we closing up shop an hour early?

In drive through. Ordered a basket of chicken with gravy and ketchup. No gravy or ketchup. Waited 30 mins to get to the window so there was no way I was going back through the line. Probably will just skip fast food next time.

I’m disappointed with the service I received at this DQ location. On a Friday I went to order a large sheet cake at this location custom decorated for an event happening that Saturday. I told them I needed it ready by 2 PM that Saturday. The employees told me they could do it and that it would be ready in time. I was told that they would call me when it was ready to pick up. So Saturday around 2:15 PM (which is after the time it should have been ready by) I hadn’t received a phone call saying it was ready so I just figured that it was ready and they forgot to call. So I go to the store to pick it up and the response I get from the employees is “well it wouldn’t be ready today because it’s Saturday and the managers decorate the cakes and they aren’t here on the weekends”. So I responded by explaining that I had been told that it could be ready by this time. So reluctantly they go check in the back and don’t find the cake so I tell them “well I needed the cake by today so please just cancel the request for the cake and I’ll have to figure something else out”. The employees seemed incredibly confused by why I would ask for it to be cancelled but I didn’t worry about it since I fortunately hadn’t prepaid for the cake. I ended up just buying an undecorated one off the shelf and I asked if they could just write a simple message on the cake. They respond with “honesty dude we are so swamped today so we can’t”. While I understand many business are understaffed I do not agree with that they were too busy. There were two employees there, it was drive through only (except for cakes), there were maybe three cars in line, and it was raining out so I don’t think there was going to be a big rush in the next five minutes. I was not given any type of apology for the cake not being ready by the employees. They didn’t even say something simple like “we’re sorry it’s not ready.” This place also charges way too much for soft serve ice cream and in my opinion the managers should be there on the weekends when the restaurant is probably more busy (when it’s not raining out). I won’t be ordering another cake from this location in the future.

Hit or miss- tonight was a miss. 🙁 Not very friendly service & nearly no ingredients in our blizzards. We used a buy one-get one free fundraiser coupon. Idk if that had anything to do with their choice to make them like that…but disappointed. My mom wanted to go inside and complain or ask for more ingredients, but I didn’t have the energy or care in me. I told her I’d leave a review instead.
