As a delivery driver, this is definitely among the most unorganized fast food restaurants I have the displeasure of routinely visiting. Staff seems unmotivated and poorly trained. Ordering and food prep takes forever. And the lobby is arranged in such a way that standing at the counter waiting to order/pick up places you in a hiding spot out of view of staff.

Went through drive thru, horrible. We repeated more than once what we wanted… No surprise, it was cold, it was still messed up!!! I asked for pickles mustard and ketchup on the dogs, one was right, the other missing the condiments. On the burgers we asked for mustard, mayo, pickles and onions. And it came out with ketchup mayo pickles and onions. Wouldn’t be bad if I could tolerate tomato product.

As a fast-food drive thru it’s definitely a winner. The food is actually REAL food and always comes out hot. I feel that I surpasses it’s counterpart across the street. Who’s name starts with a M. Plus the service is usually great not to mention you can top it all off with a big old cone of ice cream!
