Terrible service! I sat and waited for my order for 25 minutes. people who had ordered after me were getting their orders. When I went to the counter to ask, my food was in the chute, ignored, while they made blizzards. After I asked, they bagged my order. It was cold. I have been eating here for years, but not any more.

Ordered 2 cafe shakes. Had a seat in front of the counter. Waited 15 minutes as we watched a group of kids come in after us check out. There were 2 younger individuals running the place. A guy from the back came from the back to help take orders as the girl made ice cream. After I watched all the team of kids get their order before ours and more people come in and have their orders taken, I finally went to the counter – 18 minutes passed! – and asked if we were going to get our order. The girl asked what it was and pulled it out of a drawer and gave it to me. They never called us! But looked at me several times. Our shakes were melted, so when she offered me a spoon, it was a joke! My shake was like coffee flavored milk. Won’t return.

I came in and was in a hurry and the young lady that attended on me was very friendly and very professional. Because I was in a hurry I found out that I ordered the wrong item after it was already made and she happily exchanged it and made me a new item of the item that I wanted. She didn’t put up a fuss and and she was like it’s honestly no big deal I’m going to fix it for you and get you the right item. Now that’s service with a smile! ❤️ DQ
