Huge shout out to the Pulaski DQ!!! After a tough volleyball win tonight against Pulaski, our Sheboygan South Volleyball team stopped for ice cream. The staff was amazing!! We stopped at 8:45 and they were closing at 9:00. They took all of our orders, were super fast and such an amazing attitude, despite a full bus rolling in at closing time. THANK YOU! THANK YOU!!!

I want to clarify this is not directed at the front line workers at this location, but more so to managerial staff. I waited nearly an hour just now in the drive through. Waited 16 of those minutes after ordering. Can’t really call it fast food at this point. Policies and practices have to be addressed apparently.

Not sure what happened to this place but it’s horrible now. You can be the only car in the drive thru and still wait 10-15 min just for ice cream. They don’t even bother mixing the blizzards anymore.. Vanilla ice cream with a dollup of topping on top.. That’s if they even give you the correct order in the first place.

Just a bad experience tonight. Only 2 cars behind microphone in drive thru and was still between 25/30 min… order was wrong when I pulled to window. Waited a few more minutes and another girl tried handing me the same wrong order. Always expect to wait but when it was that long and they tried 2 times giving me wrong order. Hopefully just a “off” evening.

Staff wasn’t as friendly as they normally are. This place, Dairy Queen in general, offers some great tasting hot food. Not many people go for their hot food but it’s worth it. The Honey BBQ chicken basket is great.
