Really awesome that I could sit in your drive-thru for 8 min and not have my order taken at all when you have no customers at all inside or outside. I drive up to the window thinking maybe your machine ain’t working and a worker is sitting on the counter ignoring me. Employee was incredibly rude when asked to scan my app so I could collect my points she flat out told me no and shut the window in my face. The blizzards I ordered had barely any toppings so basically paid extra for vanilla ice cream in a cup. Employee was so incredibly rude when I asked for a receipt she rolled her eyes and slammed the window shut. If you don’t like your job that’s not my problem. I will NEVER return to this location.

No receipt ,no accountability I guess. I was told they don’t give out receipts. I was charged almost $30 for 1 4 pc and 1 6 pc chicken strip basket. Dipping sauce missing from the six piece and the Dipping sauce for the 4pc was the gravy, which was old and mostly dried up. And just to make it worse the chicken strips were so small. I’ve had bigger chicken nuggets at McDonald’s. Pathetic, I wouldn’t recommend this location. Oh they advertise dine in which is not available.

DQ still offers good ice cream deserts but, I don’t recommend their brazier foods. Very inconsistent between stores. No indoor seating when we were at this one. Don’t know if that’s normal or not for this location.

i get not having chocolate ice cream but when someone orders a pretzel with queso you are supposed to give them the queso! smh next time I’m staying at the window to check my food even if you have a counter. i don’t want to get home again without everything to my order

The worst dq I’ve ever been to in my 35 years…and only one I’ve ever had any issue with…when I asked for a lemonade for my toddler when paying the lady basically yelled at me saying that she can’t add anything onto my order at the window….I said that’s fine, what about water, she said no. Isn’t water free? She said no it’s not. What kind of establishment doesn’t provide a complimentary water on a 80 degree day for a toddler after ordering food?!

Blizzards have really gone downhill. There was like 1 tablespoon of toppings. It’s a joke to even call it a blizzard. It’s just ice cream with a little garnish on top. Just another restaurant, trying to cut corners and raise prices.
