Ordered a Peanut Buster Parfait and a large Heath Blizzard. Had to tell them I wanted the Blizzard 3 times before I was understood. Peanut Buster Parfait was melted by the time I got home. I am a 2 minute drive away, the parfait at least tasted correct, but it was like ice cream soup. It wasn’t sweltering hot out, in fact it was 75 F and cooling down. Don’t tell me ice cream melts that quickly to liquid in 2 minutes. I used to love this establishment, but it’s gone downhill. Tops for things aren’t offered immediately for items coming through the drive through. Never ordering from here again!

It’s a top of the line Dairy Queen and the only place in Racine County I could find butterscotch dipped cones! They offer a complete variety of things to eat and make cakes! A beautiful atmosphere and I could not have asked for better service!

The food is always good here. The staff is a little overwhelmed. It seems they are always short by one or two. I waited for two minutes before I saw a worker when I entered the restaurant, and my online order was not yet ready despite arriving after the time it was to be ready.

I was real close to giving a 1 star review because sat at counter for about 3 minutes and didn’t see one person. The i left and seen someone in drive thru window so I went back in and ordered. She was so nice I felt bad giving her a dirty look. Anyways the food was great and I’ve never seen the burger come out looking like it does in picture but this one time it did. Fries were perfect. Glad I came back in. Looks like the need to hire someone but as the case in these liberal states not many people want to work.
