Really disappointed with my experience. Definitely seemed understaffed. But the bathrooms were dirty and the brownie used in my ice cream was handled with bare hands after the worker used the register.

VERY dirty. Ran by children wo do not care about food safety or sanitization. Not one clean table at 11.30am am. Everything was sticky. Food was forgotten. I had to go find it myself. As well as the family sitting across from us we all waited 30 minutes for a simple burger combo. Watching ppl come in and order the same thing and fly out the door with their orders.

The food was hot and fresh after waiting for 10 minutes in the drive-thru. We were not told about a wait nor told to pull ahead to the dismay of the people that pulled out of line behind us in frustration as they signaled rudely in my direction.

I dropped my kids off at Burger King 1st then went to for me a waited so long that my kids had their food and still had time to walk to the DQ, was saw them I walked out then and we all went back to BK and in fact the young man saw me coming he was waiting for me at the register and even apologized that the one menu screen wasn’t working

Place has gone downhill recently. Especially since they changed the chicken strip baskets from in a box to separate open containers. Toast is barely buttered. Everything is covered with napkins and smooshed into one bag.
