I don’t really get any food, as I personally find the food very lacking in quality and taste. The ice cream is generally pretty good. Sometimes there appears to be a machine (is possibly a mix) problem, as they are served too soft and can even be a bit liquidy. There are also times where you get a blizzard and the bottom half of the cup is pure vanilla, and all the toppings are in the top half, because someone didn’t spend time mixing it correctly. However, it’s still ice cream and still tastes good…. but it’s still not what you paid for. The lobby is often half way decent, but could generally use some care, and the bathrooms are often quite gross. Employees can be nice, but many often seem grump and act as thought they really just don’t want to be there. I get it… I don’t want to have to go to work either, but, I don’t act all put out and grumpy to customers either. Again, some are quite decent, it’s not all of them.

Pulled up to the speaker only to be greeted with some girl making a baby voice. It’s obvious the girls were joking around. Cool, that’s fine.. but if you’re going to play around maybe get my simple order right? I ordered a chocolate sundae and got a hot fudge. Luckily, I like hot fudge but still not what I ordered. I didn’t realize til I got home. Overall the sundae is just LOADED with ice cream and hardly any fudge. It’s obvious they’re making the sundaes wrong by putting the fudge first then the ice cream. As someone who used to work at DQ that’s not how it’s supposed to be done. The ice cream shouldn’t be touching the lid. It’s going to be a mess.

I don’t take good customer service lightly at all. Fast food workers deal with a lot of backlash the way it is and when I see exceptional customer service I need to point it out. I visited this DQ on my way home from a long work day just 10 minutes ago. The girl running the drive through was cheery and friendly and complimented my new glasses and I got my food quickly. Thank you so much for your kind staff! You never know what someone else is going through and you definitely brightened my day!

I went to the dairy queen on Hamilton and when I walked in the cashier who took my order was very incompetent who not only messed up the order .after I had been waiting for 10 mins had to wait for 10more mind just to get my order very disappointed with the service by far the worst experience.

Repeated what I ordered and charged me extra for a drink with my meal even though it comes with it. Didn’t know what drink was what and smelled them to tell. Argued with me. Didn’t give a receipt and had to ask for it and rolled eyes when I did.

One of the best locations I’ve been to. The staff was thorough and friendly, and if course the soft serve is great. Went through the drive through for a large order after the dining room had closed and the guy who helped made sure he had my order right and offered a drink carrier without me having to ask. Very good customer service.
