First time eating here and I enjoyed it. The service was good and the food was yummy. The fries were a bit on the not enough side meaning I was expecting more than 10. The Buffalo sauce was great with the chicken and cheese curds. The drinks were good and self-serve. The prices were reasonable. The place was nice and clean for dining in. I’d return to eat here but next time, I want more fries on my order.

This has to be the worst Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to. Took 15 minutes just to get four blizzards and the parking lot was empty!! Then when we did get them they had over filled the cups and the ice cream was running all over the cups all over our car and me. We handed them back and the girl at the window just stood there like what do you want me to do. I asked her if she could just put them in larger cups to hold the over flowing ice cream. She told she could just give me larger cups then handed everything back out the window and slammed the door. No napkins no spoons so we sat there waiting for her to open the window which she did and just stared at us and I asked for spoons. She finally handed some out and closed the window. So we pulled into the parking lot got everything into larger cups but by then I was covered with ice cream so I had to go inside. When I opened the door all the workers ran to the back and started laughing and using fowl language. I swear this will be our last trip ever to this Dairy Queen!!!!!

So…Decided to give the Knoxville Dairy Queen another chance..Called for a carry out order; was told “We don’t do that; get on your phone app”.. Replied with a reminder it’s been done in the past & my wifi is down.. Employee hung up on me..Called back; same female employee answered; I asked if she’d just hung up, she replied “ummm” then hung up again… Ridiculous… NO THIRD CHANCE…(8-28-23 noonish)

Called ahead of time requesting two chili dogs.. Simple enough, right? No.. Arrived on time, only to hear two staff members yelling ‘f”:k you’ at one another while my order is sitting under heat lamps..This continued for approximately twelve minutes.. Needless to say said dogs were cold/soggy & I’m appalled with myself for giving this establishment my money.. Never again..

I was not happy. Apparently they stuck a young girl on drive thru on her second day working there. She kept having to ask what I had requested, it took several minutes to place the order. I asked for a regular hamburger meal and got a cheeseburger meal instead, for the Sunday I requested strawberry and got caramel. I ordered a number 1 combo meal that comes with the blizzard and she did add the blizzard then charged me for it. My daughter took it back with the receipt and stood there waiting for someone to acknowledge her for over 10 minutes, then the manager was rude, saying what do you want me to do about it. Ultimately, she ended up writing on the back of the receipt that she is authorizing a free blizzard, but the attitude and the unprofessional behavior left a whole lot to be desired in this situation.
