I’ve eaten here a couple of times and not been disappointed. The food is fresh for the price and the portions are large. I don’t know who made my double cheeseburger, but it was an absolute work of art!

Pretty good experience. Customer service was excellent, and I really liked how they had a coupon for discounts on kids blizzards or a free cone. The cashier was very nice, and enjoyed serving our kids. I had the chicken bacon ranch sandwich. Looked really good on the menu, was definitely smaller in real life. But tasted pretty good. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, with decor that is well thought out. A mixture of historical and contemporary signs and other things to look at. Definitely a good place to bring the kids.

Careful what you order. If it’s busy in drive thru don’t order a sundae on drive thru. By time to get to windows it melting. Mine was leaning over bowl she puts a spoon in then ask “oh, would you like a lid?” Well it’s melting so yes please. She takes spoon out and takes a chunk of my toppings with it. Yes I just spend 7 bucks on a sundae to watch you throw 15% of the price away…. Thanks.

2 awful experiences. The first time they messed up the order completely, the manager refused to cooperate saying “I did this order myself, thats the right order”. Second time we had a buy 1 get 1 free on a small blizzard. The worker sounded like she was on speed and charged us for both. Awful experience, love the food but it’s not worth the horrid customer service.

The 85-cent Blizzard promotion was a disappointing bust! Each person who wanted a blizzard must have downloaded ap to get coupon. Only one per person for the duration of the promotion. So it seems a family with small children who don’t have their own cell phones can’t take advantage of the promotion!!?? We got one blizzard and left. That’s crazy for a family ice cream place.

Love this place I can’t complain great service good hot food, and great blizzards. If you all go here there is one girl I think her name is sonna and she is an amazing employee of this company go above and beyond to help and friendly to all that come in. Highly recommend eating here.

Stopped by the drive thru for a quick ice cream pick me up. Only ordered a mini Blizzard and to my surprise, they saw my dog sitting in the backseat and handed him a bone before I even paid. After I paid, they ALSO gave him a doggie sundae! I was pleasantly surprised at their level of service and love for my pup! Blizzards are always good too! 10/10

This DQ has been really going down hill recently. Just last night I got a Chicken Bacon Sandwich and it came without the chicken. Fries have been soggy and lukewarm the last few visits. As far as the food goes, tenders seem to be the only safe bet. Blizzards are still good.
