Good food, drinks are off. Burgers are better than BK or Wendy’s but Mcdonald’s has them on price. The burger flavor is good and different from anywhere else in Jackson. Fries are mediocre at best but still better than BK. The service was good. Need to learn not to get the ice cream before the orders are ready it will make for fewer complaints. Will return again.

This establishment looks good, the architecture is very nice to look, but the parking lot is terrible, I am shocked there hasn’t been an accident yet considering how people drive Airport. The food is good, but the hotdogs are a bit overpriced. The employees are a little awkward, but I’m sure they’ll get used to customer service after a while, but I will say that the employee I dealt with, I think his name was Douglas, was one of the more professional fast food employees I have dealt with in the past few months. Almost forgot to mention the funniest thing I’ve seen in a while happened here a while ago, there were some kids yelling “hoy yah” at cars and they’d freak out when they honked.

We got the Firery burger and the Double Bacon, a Chocolate Malt, and a Brownie Blizzard Extreme. The burgers were great! They both had a nice smoky grill taste. DQ does not water down their spicy foods. The fire burger lives up to it’s name. That all said, the brownie blizzard was disappointing. If you want those big chunks, go to one of the other smaller established locations. I was impressed by their ticket/bag numbering system. That’s smart practice! You might want to ask them for napkins. There were no napkins with our order. So with the Blizzard and the napkins, I give it 3 stars. If that were ignored, I’d say a 4 or 5 experience.

Blizzards tasted good but their chicken is most definitely microwaved. It was very wet and very soggy. Any other fast food place on the same road has better options and better tasting food. Food is a little overpriced for how low quality it was, don’t let the full parking lot fool you.

Our first time at this location we don’t live near by but we were driving through. I ordered a #1 with no onion or cheese my fiance ordered a #4 with bacon no onion. We didn’t get either of our sandwiches and didn’t notice until we got home. We also ordered 2 blizzards we had to pull forward to wait for. 4 other vehicles after us also had to wait and got their blizzards before us, and 2 in line before one of the employees was nice enough to ask how long we had been waiting. We said awhile they went and checked on our order and within a mintue someone else brought us our blizzards. Not to upsetting that they didn’t do the upside down test with us but they did so it for everyone else so that was strange they didn’t with us.

Horrible service, incompetent as well. When someone orders a rocky road blizzard NO NUTS and told there isn’t any nuts in it and then gets said blizzard loaded with chocolate covered peaNUTS!! Duh!! Then how does an ice cream place not have cherries or coconut!!! Was the first and last time we will be there. Maybe if the staff wasn’t on their phones and talking to each other they would be able to work efficiently and make sure the order is correct.

dont go here unless ur getting blizzards. all the food is low quality and soggy. i got a takeout order and they made the ice cream/shakes first, then waited 10 mins for the food while the shakes and stuff sat there melting. i carried it to my car and they overfilled one of the shakes so the lid wouldn’t fit properly so it went all over my car the entire ride home. not to mention we got no napkins. i also got onion rings and the onion inside is completely uncooked. fries are ok but really chewy and soggy, and absolutely no seasoning. culvers is better just drive the extra 2 mins. dont waste ur time or money on this

I’ll add my one star rating to this vast ocean of disappointment. Super long line, burger bun was soggy cause they can’t figure out how to run a restaurant. On too of all of that I happen to know that the boss there fires people for no cause his name is Darrek and he is a despicable little man who thought he could open up a cash grab without people calling him out on his incompetence. I will second another voice on here and say JUST GO TO CULVERS

Well gave it a try. Warmish burger. Onion rings not worth the price. Blizzard was nice. I guess I would rather drive a bit further and go to Baby Bear. There food is amazing!
