Will NOT be returning to this location!! Ordered two of the 88 cent blizzards. I’m told you can only order them on the app but there is nowhere on the app that you can. A worker and I looked. So she rung them up for me. Came out to over $6. What?? But there was no way of correcting her because everyone was too distracted over a fight between two coworkers that was happening in the back. One coworker literally had to break it up. There was screaming, using of the N word involved, cussing. And this place was packed with families and kids. My daughter was with me!!

This location constantly closes an hour or more early. I’m getting sick of wasting time and gas to go somewhere that claims the drive thru is open till midnight everyday. I don’t know if it’s the owner or the workers making decisions but either way it’s very irritating. Wish my nearby locations were open late so i could give my money to them. I get that people work hard have lives they might want to get home from work to but please be a reliable establishment or change your hours to the times you prefer to be leaving so that the people that want to pay you money for your time and services don’t waste our time and money (gas) that we worked hard for.

Should have just left before going in…drive thru line was insane, went inside. Should have been my indicator something was wrong. Terrible service, DISGUSTING men’s room and TERRIBLE service. No one seemed to care about us standing there to order. They were all wrapped up in their own conversations. Finally, the young man with the red Beats headphones took our order, reluctently. So I open my food. Drenched in bbq sauce. Ice cold. I dont send food back. Flavor was good…just upset it was ice cold. Even IF I would have addressed it with the manager on duty I doubt any actions would have been taken. 1st and LAST time going there!

Update. After trying to order Chili Dog with cheese (online didn’t mention one without cheese) and Pretzels as a combo. I was told not possible. I told the girl that my first trip was under $4 for a Dog and Pretzels. She said Nope, no combo like that. Si, I placed the order for $8.03. as I’m pulling around, I finally get a good look at the huge menu. There it was… “Snack: 2 items for $5.” Chili Dog was one. Pretzels was another. Your crew needs to know the menu ordering options. I might not know the word “Snack” was use as a Deal option, but the girl should have figured out that was the cheap way to go. I’ll continue to come to this location, but I sure paid extra money during 4 out of my first 5 trips to learn how I can afford DQ.

I wanted to give this place more stars for being open late, but the service is unsatisfactory. I pulled in close to 10pm, placed my order, was told to wait at the numbered parking spot. I waited for over 10 minutes, no one came out with my food. I pulled up to the drive thru window and had to remind them of my order. Was handed my order with extra fries to make up for the wait. Drove home, opened the sandwich box, no chicken in the sandwich. Felt cheated.
