I have always loved Dairy Queen. Unfortunately my family and I have decided to never come back to this location. I came inside and ordered two blizzards. The store was filthy! The tables and floors were extremely dirty. There were two employees in the back. I watched them grab the trash can and move it several times, not to mention the trash was over flowing. Why not just take the trash out real quick instead of filling it to beyond its capacity??? After touching the trash can several times with their bare hands they proceeded to make our blizzards ( cross contamination) I had to ask the manager if she could have them wash their hands and remake our blizzards. I was so disgusted! The guys were also having an inappropriate conversation about “ASS” I don’t wanna hear someone talking like that while I have my 7 year old daughter with me! And this is why it’s always best to come inside of the restaurant so you can see what’s actually going on as far as how their preparing your food. I feel sorry for the people that were in drive thru that day that had no idea what was going on as far as the uncleanliness of the establishment. This is why sometimes when people eat at these establishments we end up catching food poisoning.

After reading the reviews about the DQ’s drive-thru… I was very pleased with the service that I received… fast, friendly service… very responsive… I told the young man at the drive-thru that I was very pleased about the service he provided… I asked for his name (no name tag that I could see), and he said his name was Jack. THANK YOU! Rensselaer DQ… this was my 1st visit (I’m here for a work project). I will be back, and I hope for great service again!

Entered the restaurant and waited for approximately two minutes and noone acknowledged me. There was a young lady that looked at me about three times without any acknowledgement, smile, greeting. She just looked at me with this cold blank look on her face. That told me she didn’t want my business or care so I left and took it elsewhere.

my dad ordered a take 5 blizzard and he literally got soup, the ice cream was running everywhere and left a whole mess. and apparently they don’t do the flip thing, my dad was so unsatisfied he barely ate it and threw it away. don’t come here unless you want a soup blizzard.
