Ordered a 1/3 pound bacon ranch burger combo meal and 2 6-piece chicken strip baskets. $29.00 and when I gave the girl a $100, was not counted my change back to me. Just shoved it in my hand. I open my bag, ZERO napkins. I open my burger and know immediately it’s the wrong burger. It’s a double with 2 onion rings and a ton of BBQ sauce smeared everywhere. I was hungry so gave it a try. Yuck. The bbq sauce was really gross. I couldn’t even eat it. But the fries were the worse part. Completely undercooked. Fries not only not crispy, but still soft and pale and flavorless. Clearly barely put in the fryer if at all. I’m just scratching my head wondering why I parted with nearly $30 for a root beer.

If I order a bacon cheeseburger, just cheese and bacon, then that is what I’m hoping to get. I don’t pay almost 8$ for a bacon cheeseburger and get half a slice of bacon on the top. It’s pitiful. Match that with how terrible their speakers are, you never know if you’ll get your order right! They messed up my dads sandwhich aswell!

I order a custom made cake for my daughter’s birthday. When I went to pick up I seen they didn’t open till 11 but the order was to be picked up at 10.. so that time shouldn’t had been available to click.. I put on the comment section that I wanted a black and white cake and they gave me a gray and black.. the designs on the cake looked like they were in a rush and a child did it.. not satisfied at all with the cake at all!! Workers were nice though!

The food here is good, the ice cream is even better. But the last two times I’ve come here I have ordered ahead on the DQ app, selected curbside pickup, and then waited more than 15 to 20 minutes in the parking lot before anyone brought out my food. By then, of course, my food was cold and my ice cream melted. Seriously if you don’t want to do curbside pickup, just take it off of the app.
