They were low on product. There was a huge long line in the drive thru and inside was just as bad. Waited 10 minutes to get my order taken. Another 10 to finally watch someone remember to make it. The whole inside of the restaurant smelled of sewage. And the place was very dirty! I get that stuff is messy but that was ridiculous.

Drive thru experience was a mess. He couldn’t hear me and wouldn’t let me finish my sentence. Food order was correct except the fries were not edible. We threw them away. Banana split and cake crunch blizzard were spot on.

10$ for a cheese burger, and grilled cheese that wasn’t even grilled. When I asked for the grilled cheese to be grilled the supervisor was over the top rude, and told me to get over it. Last time I’ll be returning to DQ in Greenberg IN, poor attitudes, poor service, poor quality.

One person in front of us and the people behind us got their ice cream orders before we did and all we ordered was ice cream also and they kept asking everyone what they ordered and I don’t know if they didn’t know how to read their screens what orders were punched in or what but they were way going out of order really need to get their act together.

Great service! Long drive-thru line, but lobby is now open! I went in. Appropriate social distance, masked employees, plexiglass divider at register; & pleasant, prompt & professional service. Special request to make the product I ordered w accommodation provided. Terrific! Quality well within the cost parameters. Will return & will definitely recommend.

We went through the drive though and had a good experience. There were a couple of cars in front of us, but we got through pretty quickly from the time we ordered, to the time we drove off with our food. They were friendly and our order was accurate. The guy in the drive through even turned out blizzards upside down before handing them to us, like they do on the commercials.
