Last night some friends and I went to DQ around 9pm. Keep in mind it was a Sunday and they were not that busy until after we ordered. I don’t know what happen but we didn’t get our food till 9:45. It got so bad they had to call a manager in. I definitely came to write this review to let the manager know he did a great job getting things back in order like a manager should, also the lady who was running things before he got there was working so hard and trying her best to keep up. She did amazing!

Worst hamburger I’ve ever had. It was very slow and my wife and I were the only people there. I ordered a cheeseburger and OMG it was terrible. It had zero cheese, it was ice cold. And the meat tasted like dried rubber. There was a sign telling customers to be nice to employees. Maybe this place should focus more on food quality instead? Just a thought. At this point this place should be closed by the health department. Serving cold hamburger meat is very dangerous.

We walked in, there was no one in the drive thru and no customers in the store. We stood there for over 10 minutes before calling out to the people in the back. We still were ignored except by one worker who gave me a dirty look and still said nothing. I asked his name. He said what does it matter and kept refusing to tell me. I asked for the manager and she just defended her employee, and no one ever even said we’ll be with you in a moment in our time waiting over 10 minutes. It’s obvious they don’t want any business.

Went through the drive through at this location 8/13/23, there were two cars ahead of us. All of the blizzards we attempted to order they were out of. We then made secondary selections and sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes. We could see people in the lobby who didn’t appear to be customers laughing and cutting up with the employees and there wasn’t much work going on. The car in front of us had a dog in the vehicle, two of the employees petted the dog through the drive thru window and went back to working without washing their hands. We paid when we got to the window and then sat for a long period of time. The drive thru employee came back to the window and said that they were out of cups and would have to refund my money. She asked for the change back however I had already put money in the tip jar they had at the window (I’ve never seen a tip jar at any other Dairy Queen’s before). The restaurant was disgustingly dirty, and the employees appeared unkempt as well. We probably dodged a bullet by not getting the ice cream from employees who touched an animal and didn’t wash their hands but the experience was frustrating to say the least. No more Dairy Queen ever for us.

Came with my son. Girl was nice at counter but once we went to seat all you could hear was loud cursing back there. Finished food, which was wrong burger but still good. Went to counter for ice cream and drive thru guy kept saying he’d be right with me. Waited, waited. Just left without the cone I paid for for my son. Not even trying at this place.

This Dairy Queen should be closed. It is never staffed and I went there tonight and their was one employee vehicle and no others. The girl in drive threw claimed the system was down. Yet it had a note on the window please be kind bcuz they are understaffed. Ridiculous! The Dairy Queen 213 E10th is always good.

Good choice if you get there early enough before your morning shift starts. This location is VERY slow in the AMs. Most times only 1 and on a day 2 people working. Usually out of main breakfast items. However, it gets going later on in the day serving SUPER nice cream delights!

The gravy is the consistently of water not appetizing. I had also got queso with pretzel sticks and they kinda forgot the main thing , the queso . I wasted $16 dollars on nothing ,all I gotta say Is check your bags before you leave

In my last two visits once they told me they had no ice cream, the other they told me they closed at 9 while having a giant sign at the road saying they close at 10. It’s a fast food place so my expectations are low and yet I’m still always disappointed.

They are so rude. The owner really needs to find someone better to run this DQ
