Late afternoon on weekday.Fries and chicken strips had the same ‘burnt’ grease smell and taste. Hamburger definitely did not have theDQ taste or texture I have enjoyed for 55 plus years. Up side were some incredibly fresh veggies on my burger and very enjoyable soft drinks. Counter staff friendly.

The freshened up look is nice. Though this time seemed better. Though a few times when I’ve been there behind the counter it just seemed like non workers were entering that space too freely. It just seems there is a lack of pride and professionalism. However my last visit was a bit better. Just seems like DQ as a whole needs to clean up their franchises.

Walked into a slapping match between two employees as another one was filming. The grill cooks were ignoring us. After 4 minutes of waiting, someone finally helped us. If you want to call it help. They were completely incompetent. We asked for an ice cream cake to be decorated and they asked 5 different times what we wanted on it, even after we wrote it down. Then our 2nd party ordered blizzards. Two people ordered after us. Then two kids under 8 years old came in and ordered a blizzard and 8 shakes. After fighting the language barrier for 5 minutes with the children, one employee started making the shakes as the others stood around. Nobody started on our stuff or the people’s stuff after us. Took a total of 30 minutes to get 5 blizzards and an hour to get the cake. Mind you, they only wrote a name and 2023 on the cake.

We ordered on the app tonight and went through the drive thru. We were told to wait past the window which was fine, and ended up sitting there about 15 minutes while 2 cars behind us got their food. When it did come out, both blizzards were wrong and they didn’t bring out the drink. The worker asked what we had but when we tried to answer her she kept walking away as we were talking. The lobby is closed, so we were unable to go in to correct anything, and we weren’t going to wait in the line again. Definitely did not seem like there was an adequate amount of workers.

Waited almost an hour for our food and the worker basically threw the chicken basket in the car. Both the woman taking our order and the person running the food out to us were rude. I get they’re busy but over 40 min for a 4 piece basket and two mini blizzards blows my mind.

By far the worst “fast” food location in town. To the point everyone jokes all the time about the horrible service. Orders are always wrong and not fresh. Or they give you the ice cream and it melts to soup while you’re waiting a half hour for your burger made wrong.

This dairy queen is the absolute worst. I came a few nights ago and waited in drive through for 30 min until I had to come inside for a worker to throw my lid at me and refuse to hand me a bag because they were getting ready to close. Not only that but they let my ice cream sit and melt it literally couldn’t be eaten until put in the freezer. Thought I’d give it a second shot tonight just to be sitting in drive threw for 40 min with no movement and not cars ahead again hitting less then an hour before close. Truly the worst customer service.

Manager wearing a hoodie covering her head. Employees not in proper attire, unkempt. gloves not being changed when coming from outside to grill. No hair nets being used. Though I understand teens often use foul language they should’ve been taught to be mindful of a store full of children. Very disappointed.
