This is typical of what the service here has been over the last 10 years. No napkins given. I was the only vehicle in the drive thru. Often it will take a half hour for only 5 vehicles in the drive thru.

While their chicken basket and gravy is really good, they forgot a part of my order albeit small (just a condiment, no big deal.) I got an off vibe from the cashier last night (July 12th 2022) so I don’t know if they were just in an off mood or something. They didn’t put a lid on my blizzard so some of the ice cream melted down the cup. Not at all a bad experience, just something felt off.
