Went on a Sunday afternoon. We took the food to the park in town. Fries were stone cold, burgers were not fresh. Chicken strips were good. Received wrong blizzards. I called. Ask to speak with manager. She was very confrontational. She said she had been there since 11:30 and did not believe me. I was not asking for refund, I just wanted her to be aware. She ask me for my name and told me not to return. I will call district office tomorrow.

Quality of food and service is fine, on par with the other DQs’ I frequent. The staff members I’ve interacted with are polite. Using the drive thru I was on my way in just under 10 minutes at lunch time.

I have never in my 68 years been to a dq as bad as this one. It’s filthy, the staff is all young kids who are not trained and don’t know the first thing about service. They spend their time on their phones and playing around with each other, than waiting on customers and doing their jobs. They have no clue how to make a blizzard. The food is bar none the worst I have ever ate from a dq. The place needs shut down and the manager needs to be fired for allowing this to happen. I will never step foot in that place again. Nasty all the way around.

One of the most filthy places I’ve eaten at, service was very slow and unprofessional. The place is run by what seems to be all teenagers. I didn’t see one adult working there. If you’re hungry, eat somewhere else.

I am sorry to say that our family will never be coming back this Dairy Queen. My son accidentally grab the wrong ice cream and instead of the employee being understanding about it, she made a scene by grab it he ice cream and throwing it away. She didn’t just stop there she preceded to talk about loudly at the front counter. We asked to speak to the manger on duty and she wouldn’t even give me a chance to explain the situation. She assumed I was complaining about someone passing out, which I didn’t even know anything about. She proceeded to walk away from me when I was trying to explain why I was upset. Never again. U really need to set it up our you are going to lose your franchise.

Horrific service! Sat in the drive through behind someone for 26 minutes. The person operating the drive through was literally just chatting with the person at the speaker. After they pulled up to the window to pickup the food I waited another 14 minutes while they sat there and chatted again. Fast forward to today. Sat in the drive through again for 15 minutes. Line did not move a single car. Went inside and stood at the counter for another 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was there. After I put in my order I’m still waiting. Currently my stopwatch is at 18 minutes and counting. This is unacceptable.
