This Dairy Queen has falling way down hill with all other fast food restaurants. Their ice cream is like slop blizzards are always like milk with some hard chunks they flipped my husband’s blizzard yesterday and a lot of it fell out and she said oops sorry and gave him the blizzard pulled outta drive threw them where both like drinking a glass of milk with chunks from puppy chow. I went there to get all of us ice cream cones and they where just melting everywhere. If your ice cream machine isn’t working don’t serve or sell ice cream.

Picked up some Blizzards for my parents and I. They had the Royal NY Cheesecake and Very Berry Chip they wanted. The first flavor I ordered was Caramel Fudge Cheesecake but since they said it will be out in the summer, I ordered Choco Brownie Extreme which was one of my favorites, and I have so many favorites at DQ that when my original choice isn’t available I find another one I love just as much. I’m probably one of the easiest customers they have. I grew up going to DQ since I was very little and almost always had Blizzards and it’s my favorite place to get ice cream. Their lunch and dinner menu is awesome too. My favorite Blizzard is Frosted Animal Cookie and I can’t wait until summer to hopefully get it.

Very disappointed with my visit this evening. Took forever to order through the drive thru then having to wait forever for food even when I got to the window. There was no adult in sight just all teenagers. My food wasn’t even warm when I got it from the window. Took forever to make 2 blizzards, I wasn’t given a drink carrier for two drinks and two blizzards then when asked it took forever to get that. The pictures are from my son’s cheeseburger and that is how it was put in the box. Not happy at all.

Spent $31 getting a chicken strip basket with a drink, a hamburger, and a deluxe bacon combo with a shake. Got home and realized there was no burger box and lost out of a $9 burger.

Apparently my last review wasn’t good enough to keep up. Staff is terrible, rude, disrespectful. food sub par examples of yesterday’s food that never was eaten. Undercook fries and bread soggy and lifeless. This Dairy Queen is a joke.
