Came in tonight after a cross country meet at St. Mikes. First get your air fixed asap, nobody wants to sweat while trying to eat . Let alone your poor employees trying their best. A shout out to James who turned our dining experience around. Nice, polite and hard-working young man.

Ordered the 7 dollar special. 3 chicken fingers fries drink and sundae. The chicken fingers were smaller than my palm of my hand. Upcharged to a slushie. Waited about 10 minutes for my food. 3 cars got their stuff after me. Finally came out and forgot my drink. Came back and my slushie was just liquid. I asked for a different one and she said well their machine wasn’t working right. Shouldn’t u of told me when I ordered one and paid extra for one. The manager gave me a sprite and wrote down my name for a slushie next time.

I usually never give a review with fast food places. Even if i had a bad experience. However, today i went to dairy queen with my boyfriend because it is finally nice out. We pulled up to the window and my boyfriend politely asked if we can use a coupon in which the worker said that was okay. Then he asked the worker if can use the 1 dollar coupon as well since the deal was that if you spend over a certain amount you can get the blizzard. The employee responded rudely with “yeah so sir you cant use 2 coupons”. Which is totally fine we understand that my boyfriend just asked because we did not know. Some fast food places are okay with it. It was his tone that kind of upset me. Then we pulled up to the window and the girl at the window was such a nice person. However the man that took our order interrupted her demanded her to take out coupon and to cut it out and said “oh no no no we cant let him go without taking the coupon”. Again we do not care that you have to take the coupon but it was the way he was speaking. My boyfriend then asked him how much everything was and he still had a attitude. I think this employee is a manager there i could just tell by how he was talking to the girl at the window helping us. Im 20 years old and maybe we look like ignorant kids however little does he know i am a manager myself at my salon. That was no way to speak to customers especially a manager. I understand its not an easy job and sometimes you might have a bad day. However, when you are a manager its your job to make everyone feel welcomed. I did not feel welcomed what so ever. Again i never in my life had to write a review because i just forget about it. However i really was not happy with the service.

Glad I was not singled out to receive poor service, and that given the reviews bad service must just be the standard. If you want anything resembling “fast food”, accurate order taking or effective problem solving DON’T GO.

I did not get all of what I ordered and I had to wait almost 1)2 hour to get my food. My drink was already melting by the time my food was given to me. The male manager was not in a good mood perhaps because he had to work as well. He had an attitude because an elderly customer returned the burger she was given that was not how she ordered it. They were definitely understaffed. They young lady at the counter was overwhelmed but kept her composure and was very polite and apologetics.

Terrible absolutely terrible the staff need to be fired. Arguing because of a mistake they made.Asked for a small onion ring Gave us a large fry and up charged us saying we didn’t order it when the onion ring was on our receipt. The manager is very nice though. Staff needs more trading always have new staff.

I have been going to this DQ for some years and this was the worst food we’ve ever gotten. The burger look like it was just thrown in the box, very sloppy mayonnaise all down in the box, I requested no ketchup and it was on there, the cheese was not even melted. My husband tenders were hard the fries looked old and the burger and fries were not hot. I was very disappointed at my food. I don’t know if I will be going back soon. I feel like I should be given my money back, because the food was not worth the money it was terrible, if we lived close I would have taken it back. I hope a manager sees this review.

Our ice cream order through the drive thru is wrong about 30 percent of the time. I encourage you to check your order before you drive off. Again our order was wrong and then they tried to charge us twice before getting our order wrong after that again. Really!
