ROTTEN bananas hidden underneath a ton of whipped cream. Very disappointing for my banana split. Won’t EVER return to St John location.

This place is hit or miss. Sometimes the service is spot on other times not so much. Last time were there the girl held my wife’s melting cone in one hand while swiping my card with the other…as if we were going to grab the ice cream and drive away. Ask for no lid, get a sundae with a lid of whipped cream. The owner is constantly on top of his workers. These young kids walk on pins and needles.

This Dairy Queen was very nice overall. The service was great. The staff was polite, friendly, and welcoming. And, of course, the ice cream was satisfying.

Our order was cold and had a bread tag in my husband’s burger. This is not the first time we’ve been given substandard food and service! Never going back again! My husband is on his way to show the inept staff what he choked on!!! Calling the health department to report the egregious violations of this establishment!

I just ordered honey bbq chicken strips… what does this look like to you. I don’t get a lunch today. I have to keep driving i don’t have time to turn around and correct this. Nail in the coffin for my day… so disappointed. I hope you guys do better next time i come back.
