I have had good experiences at this place but the last time I went. They would not take my coupon code. They said scanner only. The way the app is set up, you are unable to go back to the barcode screen. I deleted the app and reinstalled it. I was able to pull up the barcode. Great.

This place looked clean, except for the windows all of which were grossly neglected and covered with fingerprints. Even being the only customers in there at the time of our arrival had us wait 5 minutes to be recognized by the staff. The workers all looked dirty and unkempt. The lady working the blizzard machine even kept digging in her hair.

This location has horrible customer service it is not clean. The owner doesn’t not believe in making food properly food and ice cream poorly made they don’t believe in quality. The manager laughed in my face when I asked him to remake my blizzard. Pretty sure the owner is a racist.

This location closes early every night. Supposed to stay open till 9pm. But don’t try to get any food, freezes, or half the menu after 8pm. Been here 4 times in the last few months and they start shutting down an hour before closing. If you’re open to 9 then that means stay open till 9. Not 1/4 of the way open till 9. If your employees are in such a big hurry to get home, than you need new employees.

Got a cheeseburger deluxe and my lettuce and tomato were hot as if my whole sandwich was put in the microwave, i couldn’t even hold it because it was so hot. Even after getting a new sandwich I wasn’t impressed. Onion rings although hot , did not taste fresh. Kitchen did not look clean and I observed unsafe food practices. Most likely I won’t return to this location. The only plus was the cashier who tried his best to fix everything.
