I placed an order online to pick up at this Dairy Queen location, as none of the other locations near me were offering the “order ahead” option. When I arrived, the inside was not open, so I had to sit in the drive-thru all the same as if I had not ordered ahead. I ordered multiple hot dogs, a hamburger combo, and a hot dog combo. I ordered both combos with mini Blizzard treats – one of the varieties I ordered wasn’t available. Bummer, but not a big deal. I finally get my food and head home. When I got home, I opened one of the hot dogs – and immediately lost my appetite. There was a bunch of mold at one end of the hotdog bun the hotdog was in. Thank goodness I’m picky and always inspect my food before I start eating – because this grossed me out so badly that I threw the rest of the food away. Zero stars! I ordered a special order cake online scheduled to be picked up. I sent my daughter to pick up the cake it wasn’t ready yet. She had to wait 20 minutes then received something this horrible joke. When I called up to the store, the you g lady knew immediately who I was and why I was calling, but refused to make it right. Told me I would have to give them their cake back if I wanted my money back or I could wait for them to remake the cake. Umm obviously it was for birthday party, which the cake was already late arriving due to it not being ready. When I asked to speak to a manager, she informed she was the gm nobody above her and wouldn’t give me the franchisee information. That I could either take it back and have no birthday cake or deal with what was given to me.

There is always a long wait whether there is a line or not. Plan on at least 15 or more minutes. When you get the food it’s usually not hot. The tenders used to be pretty good but now they are very small and they raised the price $1 (less for more). I ordered a caramel sundae and got chocolate.They make ice cream before food is ready so it’s melted when you get it Now there is a sign saying don’t be unkind to employees or make negative comments to break their spirit(are you for real?). My feeling is it is not the employees it’s the lack of training and bad management. Comments should always be directed to manager and not employees so they aware of problems, but they are very seldom availables. there is a large turnover here. You very seldom see the same person twice. As you can see most comments here are negative. Managers , pay attention!

This Dairy Queen is the worst one I’ve ever encountered. It is close to the nursing homes my father is at. I’ve tried multiple times to go through the drive thru to get him something. There is always a long line. I’ve tried waiting in the line but after 20 minutes and I haven’t even ordered I have to move on. It should not take 30+ minutes just to order. Terrible service the one time I did wait. No apology, and no thank you. Awful

The customer service at this location is absolutely the worst service I have ever had anywhere. Management is lacking to say the least. The “owners” don’t care about how the staff treats customers, or the night crew/s treat other employees. So disrespectful and the owners could seriously care less. It is very unprofessional, I am shocked that the Dairy Queen name is associated with these owners and staff. I would be embarrassed as a brand to have this store open. So sad

If I could take that star away plus 20 more I sure would!!!!! This place needs to be shut down due to the lack of professionalism!!! I took my family there and 4 times in a row they didn’t have food there, and one of the times they didn’t have ice cream either or atleast that’s what the cashier stated over the drive thru intercom. That went on for atleast 2 months, and now that they have what seems to be different management and staff things started to change, but is going right back to the same foolishness. I as a customer should never have to get their attention when I pull up to the intercom of the drive thru, but have had to way to many times, and tonight was definitely the last straw when I was told to hold on for 2 minutes, and 10 minutes when by before I gave up and went somewhere else. I don’t know if this is a franchise building or corporate one, but I know I’m not the only one that has seen this amount of ridiculousness, and therefore feel that this place should be shut down or handed over to someone that knows how to run a business. I never thought running a fast food restaurant would be so difficult, but this place sure does show different. I’ll never be going back to this place ever again!!!!
