Very good for the price, I always love to come here on a hot day and enjoy some ice cream. Food is good as well. I love that gravy they give you for the fries, it’s worth the trip alone. Service is pretty fast, they have a lot of people back there so the wait time is short. Overall, a very nice experience.

This Dairy Queen is close and conveniently located off of US 31. The ice cream is great every single time! The food is okay, pretty greasy, but it’s fast food. The outside of the restaurant is updated, but the inside is outdated. Their porch area is nice and well lit at night. Parking is also very limited.

The young lady at the counter taking orders was obviously frustrated and mad, which I can completely understand in today’s restaurant atmosphere. However, it was to the point that she was rude as could be to the customers and made them feel as if they were a bother to her. I get having a bad day, but to take it out on people that didn’t do anything wrong to you is not a good way to earn repeat customers. Other than that, the food was good, the other employees were friendly, and everyone seemed to be working together to get through a little rush.

My dad and I stop by this Dairy Queen location every year, and it’s been consistently a positive experience. The staff has been pleasant, the food presentation and packing have been good, and of course, the food itself is always delicious and the appropriate temperature. It’s one of our favorite locations!

After not eating here for 15 years I decided to give it another try. I mean after 15 years you’d think they would have their stuff together, boy was I wrong.

Came here to get ice cream after dinner one night. The drive through went quick & our items were ready when we got to the window.

Got the strawberry/banana blizzard. I only splurge once a month but DQ is favorite. They used plenty real fruit and took time to mix it right. Very good. only complaint is that the cup was a little bit sloppy when they handed it to me making a bit of a mess in my car.

I went to Whiteland Dairy Queen on my way back from Franklin this morning… and while the food was good, I am very unimpressed with the deceitfulness of the experience. So I ordered a blizzard, shake, and chicken strip basket. When I ordered the blizzard, she asked if I wanted whipped cream… which seemed strange, but sure. If that’s included now, why not? If you check the receipt… they charged 59 cents for “X-whipped topping.” I said a large oreo shake… she said “do you want to make it an xl for 40 cents more?” Sure… except on the receipt, it shows not only did they charge the 40 cents more for the xl shake… they added on the “x-oreos” charge for another 59 cents without my knowledge… that’s sneaky. I didn’t say I wanted extra oreos at all…. should the cost of the XL shake not include the oreo cost?? Let’s also add…. the size of their XL is NOT the same as the XL on Main and 31. Then I ordered the 6 pc chicken strip basket with extra gravy, which is already $10.29 for a meal that used to cost a lost less, but she asked if I wanted a lg fry and drink… so then she got to add the extra 89 cent gravy, the upsale on the lg fry of 69 cents (which the fries are the same amount as on the regular fries)… and the extra 50 cents on the drink… I mean, nickel and dimed to death here. I was so confused when it cost $28 for one meal and 2 treats anyways. But especially the extra cost to the blizzard and shake were just sneaky. I don’t at all appreciate that. I get its a little here and there, but that little here and there adds up. I don’t appreciate sneaky practices. This was this morning so I waited to let my brain process if I was overreacting. But it still makes me mad… (the non see through cup photo is from main and 31, whiteland gave me the other)
