First off, the kid at the front taking our order was obviously very young and new to the store. which is not his fault but he was left alone up there having no clue what to do. we ordered and the person i was with got his blizzard almost immediately but then we waited for 30 minutes for my food which was a 3 pc chicken strip meal. literally 30 min. one of the employees kept asking what we got, and when i FINALLY got my food i didn’t get my sundae so i asked for a chocolate sundae and she gave me vanilla ice cream with hot fudge. overall the experience was terrible, the food wasn’t that good, the employees that i talked too were rude and not personable at all. and inside the kitchen it was disgusting, the floor in the restaurant were disgusting, like sticky and had mysterious liquids everywhere. also. no ice. like at all. so the drinks were literally warm. boo

It was very busy at the time we visited but the food was fresh, the blizzards were made just right and the employees were very patient and polite. I rated it 4 stars because every table was dirty and even after the rush, I didn’t see anyone come out to clean.

Very bad.The chicken strips were over fried and hard as a rock. Fries were very greasy. They didn’t have chocolate milk we order with kids meal. When they brought food out, we noticed a few minutes later they didn’t have the milk on the tray. I went to counter to ask about it and they said they didn’t have any. Why she didn’t tell us when she brought the food out… I don’t no. They also didn’t have the ranch dressing. Went to get ice cream sandwiches for the kids meal after they ate, we were told they didn’t have any. The other problem was the mens restroom door was locked. After waiting awhile, and knocking on door , went to front counter to inquire. They said it wasn’t working. I said why don’t you pit a sign on it then. There were several people waiting to use it. No response. It is very poorly run.

Highest priced Dairy Queen I have ever been to. More expensive than even the one in the Cayman Islands. Instead of meal deals at the national price of $7 they charge $9. It is not two for $5 it is two for 6.99. I would expect this at an airport or in Hawaii but not Zionsville.

The establishment has become a stalwart pillar of the Village business community in downtown Zionsville; it can be relied upon to serve up hot eats and cool treats year round. The Ice-cream taste is OK but pricey, most of the time the ice cream starts melting as soon as you buy it and it starts dripping making a mess! (I hope you can better maintain your machines and raise the temperature!)
